Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'AlphaDex' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in This Space?

Daniel Gibbs:
Alphadex is an innovative decentralized AMM, cross chain incubator powered by Moonriver and Ethereum, It features a combined series of incentive driven farms, static staking pools and NFT launchpads. It will feature shadow staking, a migration tool, and our unique spin on NFT launches ,which allows for gallery launches with multi priced assets, in addition to Fractional NFT launches where users can by pieces of a collection or one off unique piece of art and more. We also offer extremely attractive rewards, with all trading fees passed back to LP providers.

The idea was birthed through identifying a gap in the market for a multifaceted eco-system that provides maximum rewards to LP Holders. We have taken the best features from other DEX's and wrapped them all into one, adding even more rewards and features in addition to our own unique ingredients. Our passion for the Kusama community also was big driver and aligned perfectly with our vision.

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other projects?

Daniel Gibbs:
We have so many unique features and advantages. Where to start... Our unique whitelisting feature for our Launchpads is focussed around incentivising LP and market creators. So essentially you will be required to provide liquidity on our DEX to gain access to top tier Kusama and Polkadot project launches. We are also passing on all transaction fees from trades on our DEX to the LP providers, we will also feature a migration tool, and a unique spin on NFT launches, which allows for gallery launches with multi priced assets, in addition to Fractional NFT launches where users can by pieces of a collection or one off unique piece of art and more, but that's about all we can give away for now.

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Daniel Gibbs:
Ok, this will be a long one...We have 2 highly experienced Devs working at the moment under Danny our CTO, Myself, Jamie Davis our CMOI an all-round nice guy, Tony, Our UI and Web girl Hana, plus we also have James Lee advising, and Oddiyana working on incubating the project through to market.

Oddiyana Ventures incubation and advisory team offer massive reach and influence in the industry. As a result, we have secured the highest calibre investors that will form part of our governance system, along with our community. We also managed to expedite our capital raise very quickly, with investors who saw great value in our project. Follow us on twitter @thealphadex where we have announced all of our partners to date. We also have some amazing KOL's on board, such as CryptoFomo, LilmoonLambo, Trader Lenny, CryptoDaku, with some more surprises still to come.

We have exceeded on our roadmap timeline and created a fully functional MVP that is ready to go to market immediately, and RD Auditors have audited our smart contracts, and everything came back squeaky clean. RD Auditors are highly reputed and are responsible for auditing the likes of DaoMaker, Quickswap, Orion and many more. We have also had our farms and token smart contract audited also.

4) Now Share us about your Native token, What are the some of utlities of $ROAR Token in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics of $ROAR

Daniel Gibbs:
Sure, $ROAR is our governance token with a total supply of 120M. It will be used for paying out rewards, staking, also pays transaction fees when using the ROAR markets on our DEX amongst many future applications.

As we mentioned earlier, all transaction of 0.3% fees will go back to LP providers, where they can stake for rewards. In addition to this LP providers can stake their LP providers can stake their LP tokens in our farms and earn potentially 100's of % in APY. Then on the interest earned in the yield farms form LP staking, they will then be able to stake a $ROAR token to appreciate further staking rewards. Please see our tokenomics

Alright, now let's see our last question from this segment....

5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from AlphaDex? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Daniel Gibbs:
We have been in Development for the past 2-3 months, we really only started developing around 8 weeks ago as we have a fast moving team. Alphadex is an ecosystem built on Moonriver covering an AMM DEX solution with our own tweaks, 2 Launchpads, static Pools, yield farms and lots of things to keep the community sticking around for more!

Our future vision is not about reaching an endpoint, it's about continual growth and evolving with new tech, along with market changes and demands. We are building an eco-system that is centred around giving the best rewards to LP providers, and will continue to devise new and ingenious ways to provide that to our community well into the future.

One exciting development we can divulge is that we will also feature shadow staking in the near future. Also Moonriver will feature Polkadot interoperability which we are very excited about, and is also part of our roadmap, but I can’t give too much more away. Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

Ramsy:
1) Polkadot, Kusama and Moonriver are blockchains and networks that had almost the same structure and nature. Among the three, why did Alphadex specifically choose Moonriver to deploy the project? What are the advantages of Moonriver when is compared to Polkadot and Kusama?

Daniel Gibbs:
Well Moonriver is on the Kusama parachain, We chose Moonriver because we truly love the amazing community behind it and the team that develop it are great, we will be working closely with that team as much as we can to leverage off them and also assist in building and standing up some different DeFi tech for Alphadex and the ecosystem. Our future state will include not only going LIVE on Moonbeam on Polkadot, but also live on Ethereum once its scales to 2.0. That being said, we will also remain on Moonriver!

We also believe Moonriver is just in its' infancy and has some much room to grow with so many exciting future projects in the pipeline. In as far as it's technical advantages it's also very fast, and in the near future Moonriver will feature Polkadot interoperability which we are very excited about, and is also part of our roadmap, but I can't give too much more away.

Ramsy:
2)Alphadex will launch on 2-4 IDO Launchpads. What facilities will you give a new platform when it uses one of the launchpads of yours? The cost and fundraising are mandatory issues here. How lower you are for a new projects and Do you have any fundraising methods for new projects?

Daniel Gibbs:
We will derive revenue from incubating and advisory fees for new projects and bringing new projects to market through our launchpad. We also offer yield farming incentives which transpose into additional bottom line revenue for Alphadex which will see us $ROARING well into the future! This project is backed by some of the best advisory teams, in addition to VC's who see great value in our project. We have plenty of funding to see this project through and beyond!!!

3)One of the many impressive features of Alphadex is it’s Cross-Chain which enables users to swap their crytocurrency assets across popular blockchains. What popular chains does Alphadex currently accommodate with this feature, fee charged by the exchange to render this service?

Daniel Gibbs:
Great question, once again, all transaction fees will go back to LP providers where they can stake rewards. Alphadex currently accommodates Moonriver on the Kusama parachain and Ethereum. Additionally Moonriver will also feature Polkadot interoperability in the near future which we are very excited about, and forms part of our roadmap.

Ramsy:
4) What are the risk management policies that project uses to safeguard the investments and credits granted by its platform? How do you really ensure that there is a backup base to rely on in the face of any situation or sudden change in the commercial markets?

Daniel Gibbs:
We are backed by some of the biggest names in the industry, both financially and in terms of support. We also have our advisory teams, and investors that are heavily funded, Just like in any business, you always have to be nimble and able to pivot and adapt to different markets and weather the storm, we are in a position where have plenty of funding and some iof the best minds in the industry to prepare for any challenges.

5) Nowaday, many projects often encounter security vulnerabilities in smart contracts. So does alphadex have any preventive measures? what are your security mechanisms? Did you complete any audit?

Great question! We offer non-custodial wallet connections, meaning that a user always has their own keys, and all of our smart contract. RD Auditors have audited our smart contracts and everything came back squeaky clean. RD Auditors are highly reputed and are responsible for auditing the likes of DaoMaker, Quickswap, Orion and many more. We have also had our farms and token smart contract audited also.

1)Since NFT is popular nowadays, is there a plan for NFT integration?

Daniel Gibbs:
Yes we are actually in talks with some major partners in this regard. We are really excited about some of the innovations and unique offerings we will be able to bring to the table in the very near future

2) What is the advantage that you consider your project has? What advantage do you have over similar projects?

Daniel Gibbs:
We have covered some of these in the AMA, However some include, passing back all trading fees to LP providers, our unique spin on NFT launches , shadow staking to reduce gas fees and safety measures. We have a fully operator ready to go to market mvp and we will feature a migration tool and the best rewards

3) Do you have -AUDIT- certificates or Are you also working to AUDIT your project. to make it more secure, trustworthy and reliable,???

Daniel Gibbs:
Yes everything had been audited. We have had our smart contracts, farms and tokens audited with RD auditors. They are very well regarded and everything came back clean. 👍

4) Can I buy your tokens now,
Do you have a YouTube channel or a tutorial video that we can learn from? If yes. can you share it with us?😀😀

Daniel Gibbs:
You won’t be able to buy tokens until TGE. You will be able to buy on CEX when we go live

5) Is your token already listed on any exchanges to buy? when will be listings done??

Daniel Gibbs:
Not yet, you wool have to wait until TGE

6) How important is the community to Your project? While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands? what are your plans for community building?

Daniel Gibbs:
Absolutely it’s very important. We are building a self governance eco-system and every LP provider will have their say, no matter how big or small, we care very much shout the community

7) Do you have any big promotion going on or any event? What are your roadmap plans for upcoming events?

Daniel Gibbs:

8) Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

Daniel Gibbs:
It will be a full democratic treasury and everyone will have the opportunity to vote. Everyone counts in self governance
