Capital DAO Protocol is the First Decentralized Venture Capital Using DAO for MultiChain. Capital DAO helps to realize the next generation of projects and Web3 projects. The Capital DAO Protocol connects promising future projects with maximizing the incentives of the investors present in the community. Capital DAO Protocol is a project that aims at the next way of Venture Capital using Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.

We hosted an AMA session with Capital DAO Protocol on 12th May.

Hi everyone. My name is Valentina, marketing manager. Glad to be here!

Now tell us about Capital DAO Protocol?

Kaz T:
Capital DAO Protocol is a project that aims at the next way of Venture Capital using Decentralized Autonomous Organizations. Currently, there is a lot of focus on the use of blockchain and cryptocurrency worldwide. It is no exaggeration to say that Web 3.0 has become the standard and is beginning to permeate every field.

However, Venture Capital has not been able to establish a Web 3.0 style. Amid this change from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, Capital DAO Protocol’s vision is to create a new and established VC mode.

Can you briefly tell the story happened in Capital DAO Protocol, we would like to know more about?

Kaz T:
Because Venture Capital’s business model starts with investing in new, next-generation projects, Capital DAO Protocol may initially struggle with the transition to Web 3.0. However, our vision and challenges are to build a new business model.

Capital DAO Protocol aims to disrupt Venture Capital 2.0 and paradigm to Venture Capital 3.0.

What makes your Defi project different to others with the same concept in the space?

Kaz T:
Our product, “DAO Worker” is very big advantage for both investors and projects since Capital DAO is more than just a fundraising Launchpad platform. Our goal is the projects we invest will be decided by DAO. Therefore, Capital DAO will be decentralized platform for investment and fundrasing.

Uzma || CRYPTO MINERS:
Can you share the achievements the team have made so far ? What are the major achievement target Capital DAO Protocol is yet to achieve. If possible also share your roadmap.

Kaz T:
We fundraised in September 2021. After deducting the marketing cost and the initial liquidity provided during the token sale, we has successfully raised $8,732,979.63 at the market price on that day.
The Investment Fund’s budget is $5,239,787.78, 60% of the total amount raised after subtracting 20% for the operation fee and 20% for system development.

As of February 2022, Capital DAO have the following Tokens managed through a multi-sig wallet.
・500.23 ETH
・3,196,488.29 USDC
・39,801.17 USDT
・0.00028991 CDS/ETH (UniSwap LP)

What is your knowledge in the field and what makes you an ideal team make this project a success?

Kaz T:
We have 5+ years of experience and knowledge in developing and investing in the blockchain industry. Although we are an anonymous team as DAO, we have good connection with a variety of projects to proceed our project.

How is the token used in the platform?

Kaz T:
There are three tokens as our native tokens, that are used for different purpose.

-Governance participation/Voting
-Suggestions for Governance

Could you please elaborate more about your tokenomics? What’s the total supply and what kind of plans do you have regarding the token unlocks in the future?

Kaz T:
CDS and CPDT are scheduled to be unlocked for 6 years. Since most of the protocols would terminate to be unlocked completely for a few years, toke price cannot be kept stable due to the high inflation rate. The schedue to get unlocked slowly prevents from the token inflation. Therefore, the token price is likely to rise up, following the platform growth.

Will there be any futher releases with new NFT?

Kaz T:
We plan to issue the NFTs like VIP pass. If you hold this NFT, you might have an access to participate with token sales on a priority basis.

Are you planning to expand globally by partnering with Local Communities in other countries?

Kaz T:

2) Capital DAO is running with 3 tokens, CPDT token, CDS, CPDP. Can you speak on these tokens and the use cases within Capital DAO ecosystem? How can these tokens be bought? Why you think using three tokens is beneficial for the Venture Capital Platform?

Kaz T:
CDS has been a key component in facilitating growth for investment access for projects incubated by Capital DAO. CDS has uses such as access to Capital DAO Starter as well as profit distributions for staking. The total supply of tokens is 16 billion, of which 40% is reserved for the community as mining incentives such as liquidity mining and staking mining.

CDS token distribution is as below.

AMM Liquidity : 2%
Reward(Staking, Farming) : 40%
Founder : 10%
Developer : 8%

1) “Do you Have an option to stake $CPDP and Earn a passive income For the holder?

Kaz T:
No. CPDP is only to receive the profit from the projects through selling CPDP.

2) Your token “ $CPDT “ is on the Ethereum chain. Do you have plans to have your token on other chain like Solana, BSC etc. also Will you make your token multichain. Can you also talk more about your token utilities? lastly Will you also reward the early users in the platform?
