AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X CODYFIGHT
Codyfight is a blockchain-based AI vs. human competition metaverse that brings together millions of creative, tech-savvy, and multi-talented people in a community-driven game. Its goal is to become the ultimate place where the bravest individuals can compete with AI algorithms by defeating them in one-on-one arena battles. Codyfight is a multiplayer one-on-one AI coding web-based game. It is a turn-based strategy that can be compared to a chess game for programmers.

Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'Codyfight' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

Sure thing 👌Codyfight is a blockchain-based AI vs. human competition metaverse that brings together creative, tech-savvy, and multi-talented people in a community-driven game.
Our goal is to become the ultimate place where the bravest individuals can compete with AI algorithms by defeating them in one-on-one arena battles.

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other Projects?
Linas:
Here it goes! Codyfight’s goal is to introduce a brand new world of expression opportunities. This means different people can join in including gamers, developers, artists, collectors, investors, and community leaders. This is something that similar games do not offer.Some of our game's features:
- own bots made from NFT skins and CKeys
- trade NFTs through built-in marketplace as well as outside the game
- use those robots in the game arena
- code bots to automate robot playing in arena (it's cheating in other games)
- scale robot farms to maximize rewards (think about other games like 9-5 job, and Codyfight like business scaling for players)
- draw and sell skins in the community skin shop - passive income for artists
- organize official tournament for the community with custom games rules with profits for organizers and participants|winners😁

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?
Linas:
Behind this project, we have a talented team who love the games! Founders started this project almost 2 years ago as a side hustle, so we spent lots of time actually building the game. Codyfight grew drastically in the few past months. Now we have a team of 8+ professionals with experience in software engineering, gaming, arts, marketing, blockchain. On top of that, we are backed by DeRace project, they are close partners & advisors. So far the team has made huge progress and we are currently hard at work on the game’s Alpha version and the IDO Token launch that will be happening in the upcoming months 😍

4) Can you tell us about the $CTOK token? How it works and its uses on the platform
Linas:
The most important utility - is the internal game currency used to ignite Codyfight ecosystem: in-game purchases contain competitive game entree fees (CTickets) and NFT skins; rewards for players are granted from the arena, tournaments, challenges; passive income for artists flow from skins sales and for developers from source code providing; the will be always lots of in-game player incentives; players will be staking tokens to provide liquidity and earn rewards for it; metagame direction will be driven by player votes (DAO). When it comes to token holding for a long time, one of the easiest and the most useful benefits will be NFT skins because of how valuable they are. Nevertheless, we’re going to develop strategies associated with valuable in-game items to promote players to hold the token. 😎

5) Lets talk about the Gameplay. how will the game look like? How does it work?

Codyfight is a multiplayer one-on-one AI coding web-based game. It is a turn-based strategy that can be compared to a chess game for programmers. The entity a user controls in the game is a battle-ready robot. AI or human-controlled robots navigate over a two-dimensional dynamic-size rectangle tilemap. One match is played in 10 rounds and each round has up to 25 moves for each player. Each turn player can perform one action of choice: go right, left, up, down, or stay. Simple controls make the game easy to enter, but they do not make the final movement decision nor strategy any simpler! Players have to constantly learn and understand new map tiles and behaviors in Special Agents to be able to win matches. 👌

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions
Ramsy:
1) I can see something interesting about CodyFight having its own "BOT made of NFT skin and CKeys". So, Can you explain more about this BOT? How does it work? Where did your idea to create this innovative product come from and what benefits will users get from the CodyFight BOT?
Linas:
Coding a bot will be up to your programming skills because just making sure a bot beats a level or few won’t be enough! We will always be adding new features into the game to make it more versatile and engaging and the Codyfighters (Bots) will need to be able to adapt to the new changes! 😎
If you are a person without programming knowledge you can always buy someone else’s pre-made bot from the community marketplace! 😁
The benefits for the users - they can get rewards without having to sit there and play the game

2) A big problem of Gaming platform that is only Top players can make living from gaming. This is quite a partiality to the the newbie. And the other is, too much grinding in games. Does Cody Fight have any solutions over them?
Linas:
Yes, we actually do! Right now I do not have the exact numbers with me but we will be releasing our calculated charts on how much does 1 robot make you while farming and then having multiple on our Twitter so do check it out! ❤️

The equations will definitely not be precise because every programmer can make their robot different and better in certain ways but this opens up the way for people to earn from the game without having to put in lots of hours into grinding the rewards! 😎

3) I understand that Codyfight A platform where you develop your own one-of-a-kind fighter robot using any programming language. How many programming languages do you currently support? For non-programmers, do you have any tutorials or programming languages available?
Linas:
You will be able to use any programming language to develop your bots as long as you can make them adaptive, because the challenges in Codyfight will never be static and will require you to have adaptive robots. We are working on plans to give some programming 101’s to beginners who are interested in learning!
We implemented robots because the concept is unique and where most projects see cheating, we see an opportunity for innovation!

4) Earning game is important, but for me having fun while earning is also important. So, to what extent has the Codyfight platform focused on the entertaining aspect of the game? What steps are there to help make this game suitable for everyone, including non-crypto people?
Linas:
Codyfight is definitely focused on the user experience bringing an interesting story and good gameplay for the user without forgetting the P2E aspect of the experience. The characters and their backstory is already starting to show up in some of our articles on Medium with more story to come in the future! It helps create a deeper gaming experience and attach yourself with the characters!

5) Revenue is an important aspect for all projects to survive and maintain the project. How have your project codyfight been able to build a complete project and what is the way to generate profit/revenue of the token? What is the income model?
Linas:
Let’s talk about complex stuff here, our economics here contains multiple important aspects. Earnings in Codyfight is highly dependent on in-game skills (adaptability+coding+scaling+metagame analysis) and investment knowledge - so there will be higher rewards for the top 40% of the competitive community - however, this 40% of people will share enough of their income to feed the lower 60% part of users via NFT purchases directly from them via in-game marketplace; Codyfight itself will also share a significant part from competitive games via F2P|P2E game modes. The game artists will be able to generate passive income streams by drawing skins, Developers earn by coding, competing, selling bots. Community leaders by hosting custom games and tournaments.

I want to know apart from the community, how does the #codyfigh team spread the word about your project to everyone? And how does your team convince everyone that your project is good for the long term or the short term?

We currently are running several campaigns to spread awareness about our project as well as featuring several contests:

Do you have any NFT plans and its integration ahead in the roadmap? Also do you have any passive income options and incentivization reward for a long term hoder ???🤙🏻
Linas:
We will be always adopting state-of-the-art technologies to keep gas fees low. Promising layer-2 solutions rolling out next year, gonna keep an eye on them. Currently, we plan to bridge our token to BSC and Polygon, all in-game economics with NFTs will run on it, so players will be able to enjoy low-to-none fees!
3) Romario:
Players are busy playing games and don’t realize the facts about Blockchain World is also there for them to change. So how does Codyfight educate gamers who are not knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies and things related to blockchain technology???🤙🏻

Great question, even now we have started some Crypto 101’s in our Community Discord where people with no Blockchain experience can figure out the do’s and don’ts of the crypto world! ❤️
4) Bambanh:
AUDIT plays an IMPORTANT role in improving the stability of any PROJECT. Do you have an AUDIT CERTIFICATE. Or are you doing an AUDIT of your project to make it more secure and reliable?
Linas:
We already achieved a huge milestone as a project at its early stage - we confirmed not one but two launchpad partners! CTOK will be launching soon on DAO Maker and GameFi.
