Connex platform aims to address the absence of a decentralized job marketplace within the Web3 space. It intends to enable individuals involved in Web3, regardless of their experience level, to showcase their skills and credentials in a decentralized manner. It integrates on-chain credentials with individuals’ uploaded CVs (resumes) using token incentives. This integration of on-chain and off-chain personal credentials is proposed to attract various entities, including Crypto Companies, social DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations), protocol DAOs, NFT (Non-Fungible Token) gated DAOs, and investment DAOs, to the platform. Their goal is to create a platform where individuals involved in Web3 can establish their professional communities based on their credentials, both on-chain and off-chain, and where companies or organizations within the Web3 space can find suitable talent based on these verified credentials.

We hosted an AMA session with Connex on 5th December.
