AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X DOGEFELLAS

Dogefellas is a crypto ecosystem, with a focus on play-to-earn and in-game social interaction, that will allow capitalism to run free. It’s an opportunity for enterprising individuals to determine their own fate. It’s an ecosystem where we get to develop ideas that are fun, exciting and novel. This is why we are opting to launch on the blockchain. We believe this is where most of the future innovations are going to be created, and we want to be there with a project that has mass appeal and that can explore those avenues when they arrive. Dogefellas is a crypto ecosystem that offers an initial deflationary token $Fellas, which you need to hold to access the Dogefellas NFT marketplace. You can then mint assets on this marketplace which will later be used in our play-to-earn game, Shakedown. Eventually we are going to build a more ambitious game called Mafia Wars. $Mob is going to be our in-game currency and will be paired against our governance token $Fellas.

We hosted an AMA session with DogeFellas on 22nd January.

I’m very grateful for the opportunity to share something we’ve been working on for a long time with you!

So, Dogefellas is a social espionage NFT powered play to earn game, on the wax blockchain.
We’ve been in the play to earn space for a bit, and we’re all involved in some other games too. But, they’re boring. So we wanted to bring something fun to the market

First of all please give us a brief explanation about 'DogeFellas' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Well, it started as a BSC token idea. We were just going to do a small token. Once the idea started to solidify though, we realized there was a lot more potential than just a quick launch. We’re also all gamers, and we decided that it could be way more, and it was our opportunity to make the game we all wanted to play

So, we got to work. It's been a long road, lots of designs and ideas about what would be fun, what fits the theme, and what will get us FIRED UP!

If you think about games like among us, they took the world by storm. because they're all about the interaction. The theme is old, distrust. It's fun.

That's what we wanted. A game that drove interaction.

We're starting small, with a simple click and collect, we will build out the game and the system to be a full 3d open city, where by day, people can interact, see other people's homes, and cruise around.

By night, however, the espionage starts. sneak around, spy on people to find their family association, and eliminate the opposing families. The winning family gets paid. The losers head back to the day jobs

The core driver for us is making the game we want to play.

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other Projects?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Nice! So many play to earn games are boring. We don’t want that. We will work towards always expanding the game and universe, and helping people make money along the way!

We've got a cheeky, unique art style, which isn't like others, and we're not a mint 10000 NFT project with nothing to do with them except show off. We also want to keep the barriers to entry low. (although there are entry points for whales too).

The P2E space is so new, and growing and developing day by day, and we want to be a part of shaping that. by making something that will focus on community and social interaction, we believe we can help raise the bar in both the crypto and gaming spaces

Also, we've had the opportunity now to watch other projects and see what works and what doesn't, so we're taking everything we've learned and mixing it up with our hearts, and making something awesome.

The goal is to create a healthy, sustainable game market that supports growth, earnings and an environment that will make people want to come back and play more.

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
We’ve been in crypto for a long time, I’ve been in the space since 2013. I used to build GPU miners in milk crates. We’ve been in the sewers, big projects, trading groups. We’ve got a feel for what works and what is toxic. That’s why we wanted to build something long term.

We're also all gamers, so we know what's fun.

After that, it’s our experiences in life. We’re not game devs by trade, I’m a chef by background. The other 2 founders are artists. We’ve brought on a marketing guy, and a coder now.

We're a diverse team, and we're all learning. it's this diversity that has kept us driving.

There's been a lot of missteps along the way, but we take every opportunity to learn from them, get community input and grow!

The biggest thing though, is our communication skills and connections. That's allowed us to get many ideas and help us shape the product in to something we think everyone will like.
That, and tenacity. I'm not giving up! We've been working at this for months, and just now did our first mints.

This is something we're all super passionate about, and gets us up in the morning! I'm still fired up as hell, and you can be sure I'm going to stay that way until we're fully deployed!

4) Now Share us about your Native tokens, What are the some of utlities of $FELLAS in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

Dogefellas Co-founder:
sure!

The tokenomics are pretty straightforward! As there's no extra functions (tax, reflections) it's pretty straightforward. Everything is available in the whitepaper, on our website.
There will be 100m tokens minted, with a small allocation to the team, which will be vested for 6 months. That way, you can be sure we're not going to dump and run.

There will be 2 tokens, $MOB and $FELLAS

think of them like in game currencies in a mobile game

$MOB will be the "gold" or standard currency, collectable from shakedowns, spendable to get energy refills and low tier NFT draws.

$FELLAS will function as the premium currency, tradable vs. WAX, and used for purchasing higher tier draws, as well as other in game functions.

We are also going to develop a 3 token economy within the game, similar to farmer's world, or warspace. Where different places will yield different tokens, and those will be used for crafting in different ratios.

We find this helps develop a healthy and engaging economy system.

There's a small allocation of $FELLAS that will be airdropped to the holders of our founders coins, as well as they will get an allocation of the 3 tokens when we roll that out.

the $FELLAS token will be listed on alcor, vs WAX and $MOB will be tradeable to $FELLAS

Alright, Let's move to our last question from this segment...

Q5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from DogeFellas? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Sure! Again, everything is on the website and whitepaper / pitchdecks.

We started on this in the summer of last year. We originally started building it on BSC, because we knew ETH would be prohibitively expensive for gaming, and polygon hadn't gotten it's feet under it yet. We were in the shitcoin space, in the sewers. So, naturally, that's where we started.

After watching the p2E space grow though, we realized WAX was a way better ecosystem. It's built for games.

We're starting with a simple click and collect. We're calling this Shakedown. It's the smallest thing we can start with. From there, we will build out, expand the economy system, and develop the 3d city world.

Equipment loadouts will come, and give benefits for gathering, as well as for the combat game. Land sales will follow, with people being able to buy and build their apartments the way they want, like Animal Crossing.

Then the full game will be launched as soon as it's ready. The honest answer is that it will likely be a year to get there.

What we're going to do is aim to bring new features and improvements on a regular basis, to keep players and the ecosystem growing!

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

1) Mafia wars! It is both PvP and PvE. A $FELLAS backed P2E earnings social game, so playing PVE and PvP will earn $FELLAS and can $FELLAS be traded outside of the game?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Yes, that’s correct. We will be listing $FELLAS on alcor exchange. It will be tradable both against $MOB and $WAX.

as well as used to buy NFT draws!

Ramsy:
2) DogeFellas is a fusion of the gameplays of Among Us, Ragnarok Online and Werewolf. Can you explain to us what is the exact gameplay of DogeFellas and how does your gameplay have advantage from the games above? Can you explain the different gamemodes of DogeFellas?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
There will be the full 3d city, in which you can walk around in, shop, interact, complete some quests / tasks, check out shops and other player’s homes. Also, you will be able to shakedown other businesses and homes, to earn tokens.

This is in the daytime.

When the sun sets, the game play will switch to a PvP focus stealth and espionage game. The goal will be to determine which family the other players belong to, and whacking them. The goal will be to eliminate the other families. Dons will be worth the most. Also, there's going to be an amount of rats, or traitors in the families. You'll also need to determine who those are, and eliminate them.

Ramsy:
3) Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Yes!
The biggest feature will be the social espionage game play style. there’s a reason the werewolf game concept has been around for so long. It’s spawned so many variations. Because it’s fun, it gets at the core distrust in human nature. Looking over your shoulders all the time, who do you trust? We all know this.
After that, it will be the community. We as developers and leaders, are open. We’re listening. That’s what will help us shape this into something truly spectacular. We’re always engaging with the people in the ecosystem. We all know we have blind spots, and by making the community feel valued, we can build that to something unique and special.
Then, the art style. It’s different. Robot chicken was a massive hit. It had a style that was so different from anything else, and the humor was cheeky and off base. That’s like us.
We’re positive and loving, but cheeky! I’m full of sass and tease people all the time. expect to see this in the heart of the game too.

Ramsy:
4) Most investors focus on the value of the token in the short term rather than the actual value of the project. Can you tell us the inspiration and benefits for investors to make high quality tokens in the long run?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
You bet! Token value is important to us too. It’s the thing that will drive the success of the project in the long run. People play games like this for fun, but also to make money.
What we’ve been seeing is that it’s easy for games to get unbalanced. If the production of tokens exceeds utility too much, people will just take profits and the prices will dump. The goal is to always have consumption. You’ll use $FELLAS to buy NFT draws, to blend up to better cards, or better draws. Those will have better stats, and give you advantages. You won’t be able to access the highest risk tiers in Shakedown without an epic or legendary card.
There’s always going to be something to work towards, and new content will be released on a regular basis.

At the same time, we don't want the prices to be out of reach of new players, this happened in Farmer's world, and brought everything crashing down. Draws will always be affordable, as new players bring growth, which brings better interactions, and better incomes!

5) Do You Have A Whitepaper? if yes Please Share it With Us And Secondly Are You Working to AUDIT you Project To Make its Security More Secure And Reliable?

For the audits, yes we will be doing those! We just decided to move to wax very recently, so we’re rebuilding all those contracts. As they have no special features, they should be fairly simple. We will have them and the project audited so everyone can be sure we’re Safu

We've dropped a few NFTs up on atomic already for people who are interested in early backing, but under no circumstances (anywhere in crypto) should anyone invest any money into something they're not comfortable with.

We've all been rugged, scammed, it's no fun. We're going to do everything we can to protect our community

1)𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐮𝐲𝐚:
Too many magic projects promise but never release a working product or prove any revenue, within short/long time of release. Is your project like this too? If not, can you tell us what makes your project different from others?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
We are not! We’ve been months in the works already. How we’re going to not fall in to this trap, is to release things all along the way! This gives the community something new to always look forward, and gives us as a team a series of small wins. These are the psychological fuel that will keep us moving foward and fired up! I always say "do you know how to eat an elephant? (not that i’d encourage that in any way) One bite at a time."

2) I want to invest to your project. Where i buy your token? Is it available on any exchange?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
It’s on the wax blockchain. It’s not available yet, but we will keep you updated! When we do list it, it will be available on Alcor exchange. it’s a great, fully functioned DEX for EOS, WAX and a few other chains.

3) STAKING is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD Them long term. Does your GREAT PROJECT have plan about Staking??

About staking!
Yes, in a number of ways, You will stake your NFTs in to the game to use them. That will produce the rewards you earn. As it stands now, we don’t have tokens staking set up, but it’s definitely on the map for once we get the tokens deployed. We want people to have as many income streams as possible!

4) Shihad K:
Do you consider community feedback/requests during product creation to expand on new ideas for your project? Many projects fail because they do not understand the target audience and customers. So I want to know who is the ideal consumer for your product?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
YES! Community is the core foundation of the project! The members are the lifeblood! We know we don’t know everything. Community input will help us shape this into something that everyone can love, not just us. We also will 100% reward community members who provide outstanding contributions. What we won’t reward is fudders or jerks who show up wanting something free. This devalues the project and erodes the trust of the community.

Do you have an ambassador program available? If yes, how can I join it? And may I know what’s the benefit available for the ambassador?Thanks Sir???

We don’t yet, but it’s a great idea! Absolutely we want everyone to be included! I’m always open to people in these regions being willing to be ambassadors for us!

What is your plan to ensure enough liquidity on exchanges to fill market orders, especially as adoption increases and customers start to multiply every year?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
We will use a large portion of the sales from both the token and NFTs to fund the LP.
There will be a withdraw fee from the in game tokens to your outside wallet, and this will fund that as well.

How strong is your team? Many projects start with a good impression and then abandon the project. What sets your team apart from others?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Team is rock solid. We function as a kind of unofficial DAO, and are able to support one another. This ensures there’s always someone around. We’re all learning, growing and encouraging each other. We’ve already had a lot of setbacks, and the chaff has fallen away. We have introduced some new members that fit our vibe, and share our values, so we’re stronger than ever!

Asia, Africa and other communities are non-English speaking communities, how will your project create a global adoption to more local communities?SIR
Your project name seems to be very interesting. Does it have any story behind it? Can you share us with the inspiron for approaching to this name?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
The game play will be simple to learn. We can work on language localizations through different servers, or somthing down the road. I would love to be able to include as many people as possible! We want everyone to come on this journey with us!

The name is a spin off of goodfellas, which inspired the mafia theme, and Doge, which has a long lasting Meme appeal!

Is your project only for elite investors, what about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?

Dogefellas Co-founder:
Definitely not for only elite investors. The goal is for the game to be accessible to everyone, and you can always blend, and work towards better NFTs to increase your earnings. We will keep the door open, and introduce content across all tiers to encourage growth for all levels of players and investors!
