Segment 1️⃣: Introduction
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Hello everyone 👋 Welcome to Our Another AMA session With Fight Out
Today, we are very honored to invite Mr. David Ryan, To be our guest in our today’s session to introduce Fight Out
David:
👋
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Hey david
David:
Whoops, hey everyone. Pleased to meet you all!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Welcome here
David:
Thank you Ramsy, I’m excited for this!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Glad to here that ❤️
First of all can you introduce yourself to us?
David:
Yessir, of course! So, my name is David, I’m the Community Manager @ Fight Out. I work on everything from Community Growth to Content Creation and strategy. I do all sorts of things along with my awesome team (which I will hopefully introduce later in this AMA!) 😉
I work closely with our CEO, Head of Growth and our Social Media Exec to make sure we’re all aligned on messaging, strategy and more.
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Nice to have you today 🤝
David:
Glad to be here 😎
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
So now let’s begin our first part of the session — Project introduction
I’m pretty sure that our Community is very much excited for that✌️
David:
For sure, I’ll tell them all about what Fight Out is!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
1. For people that don’t know, what is Fight Out?
David:
Fight Out is the world’s first Play-to-Earn backed by a Train-to-Earn element. We are basically taking two things people already know and love, gaming and fitness, and combining the two.Users can compete in a variety of game modes and earn rewards for their achievements, including real-world prizes.
What sets us apart is our innovative approach to avatar attributes, which are improved when the user commits to real-life training through the Fight Out playform. This adds an exciting layer of strategy to the game, but it also encourages users to improve themselves in the real world. Which is something I as a Web3 nerd certainly needs! 😅
You train to our in in-app, off-chain currency (REPS). They can be used for digital and real-world items and are also used to upgrade your avatar with cosmetic NFTs and perks. REPS are also purchasable with $FGHT — which is our on chain token!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
That was a impressive start 👌
Thanks David
David:
Thanks Ramsy 😎
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Now let’s see our second question from this segment
2. What are the key features of the Fight Out token, and how does it fit into the overall tokenomics of the platform and its ecosystem?
David:
This is a super good question, excited to tackle it!The utility of the $FGHT token is something we put a LOT of thought into. Everyone knows that there’s a direct correlation between utility and the value of the token. But a lot of people miss a crucial detail, which is mass adoption. We’re hitting the sweet spot of impactful utility where it will not damage mass-web2-adoption and will drive more value to $FGHT!
So the first huge benefit is our Stake-For-Membership system. You can stake $FGHT for 12 months in exchange for a free membership to the platform and additional benefits depending on how much $FGHT you’re staking. By increasing the simplicity of skaing — through partnerships with Wert, Web3Auth, a familiar user experience, we’re going to make it a no-brainer for the Web2 audience to buy and stake $FGHT, which leads to taking a huge supply out of circulation!
$FGHT is also the currency of the Fight Out gaming ecosystem:
- It’s the entry fee into leagues and tournaments.
- Prize pools for PVP
- Wagers supporter by our P2P smartmatching system.
- Digital asset purchases. This is just the very tip of the iceberg when it comes to the key features of $FGHT, you’ll see a lot more details about this in the future.
Hopefully that covered most of it :)
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Moving on…
3. Can you tell us more about the team behind Fight Out, their backgrounds and experience in the gaming and tech industries, and how they’re working to make the platform successful?
David:
Of course!Firstly we need to mention our CEO — Carl Jones.
He has a background working in Silicon Valley startups specifically in SAAS, a master of organization, business development, strategy and much much more. I personally speak to Carl daily about Fight Out, he’s a hard worker and I have complete faith in him as the Fight Out CEO and my boss! :)
Secondly, we have Jack Hughes, who is our Head of Growth.
This man is a marketing & growth wizard! 📈
He previously had a high position at SweatCoin — a company that many of you guys probably know! Where he was one of the team members that increased their active users from 4M to around 50M monthly users.
As I said, absolute WIZARD! 🧙♂️
Then we have Teo, our Head of Development.
He has a strong background in fitness apps and augemented reality which is super useful for us. He’s an amazing programmer and product builder so he will sort out the technical features we need to make Fight Out huge.
Then we have the marketers — that would be Me (David) — Jack Attwood who is our social media exec, and Jack Hughes, our Head of Growth
We work super closely together to make sure we’re taking Fight Out to the next level each day!
To find out more about the rest of the team you can check out our website: https://fightout.com
I love my team so I have a lot to say about the crew! 😅
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
That’s cool 😃👏
Now You guys have been doing some creative marketing with content creation and attending a live event
Could you tell us more about that?
David:
For sure! Since this industry is so fresh and new we always want to be on the cutting edge when it comes to marketing — that’s why we’re doing things differently!Last month, I attended the prestigeous Blockchain Economy Summit in London along with Jack Attwood to promote Fight Out.
We made a TON of content for out TikTok, Instagram & YouTube. We gave away a ton of Merch to people at the event, ran competitions and more. 10/10! 💎
Other than that we’re focusing quite a lot on doing conent. Instagram & Facebook are dying as we all know and we want to be at the forefront of marketing so we’re tapping into the most relevant platforms such as TikTok to promote and grow our community!
This is done to stand out — We might be using Web3 technology to build our product but we’re looking to get mass adoption from the Web2 crowd, that’s where the users are!
And with the team we have, we truly believe we can achieve this goal of being a household name not only in the Web3 space, but also in the Web2 space!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Alright, Let’s move to our last question from this segment
5. How are you guys going to ensure long-term growth for this project?
David:
I’ve already touched on this a bit, with the mass adoption of web2. But I’ll further emphasize why I believe we’re on a trajectory towards massive long-term growth! :)So first of all, we don’t ONLY target the Web3 crowd, which in reality is quite small. We want everyday-people to be able to interact with our ecosystem seamlessly without having to learn all about crypto, web3 etc.
For example: When you are using a website, you don’t really care that the website is built on JavaScript, you just want to use the website!
We are taking that mentality into what we are building. Blockchain technology shouldn’t be a barrier to people, it should only enhance their experience.
We’re also taking two very familiar things and combining the two to reach a huge audience. Gaming and fitness.
This is a strategic choice made so that as many people as possible will be promted to try out our products! Which is great for the project 😉
Essentially, we’re blurring the lines between Web2 and Web3 through the power of gaming, fitness and awesome user experience.
It’s also important to touch on the fact that we’ve assembled a team of experts in their roles. The team we have is top-notch and that further ensures long-term growth for Fight Out!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Thanks David for this well detailed introduction about Fight Out
That’s the wrap up of our the first part of the AMA session ✅
David:
Thanks for the opportunity Ramsy!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
Let’s now proceed to our Twitter Questions section
I hope you’re ready for that!!
David:
I sure am!😎
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
So Let’s go…
Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions
1.Have you being audited ? Have not heard you talk about that security of funds is what every investor craves for and plans to escape incase of insecurity if funds, scams and rug pulls ? How strongly built are your security put in place?
David:
Awesome question! So first of all, yes. We have been audited by Certik — the most well-respected auditor in the space.
Secondly, to prevent dumping we have chose to lock up ALL unsold tokens for 5 years in a linear vesting period. Furthermore, a large majority of buyers have chosen to vest their tokens for quite a long time. Last time I checked I believe the average vesting time was around 16 months if I’m not mistaken.
On the security side of things, we’re all set. Our development team is highly skilled and experienced when it comes to security and are constantly keeping up to date with new threats etc, so that is all taken care of!
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
2. I’m curious about how the Fight Out team is approaching the integration of Web2 and Web3 audiences. How are you working to make the onboarding process seamless for Web2 users who may not be familiar with blockchain technology?
David:
This might be the most exciting thing that we’re working towards!I had so many conversations about this with Founders at the London Blockchain Economy Summit and it’s definitely VERY relevant in the space right now.
We all now that we’re not in the same market we were in a year ago. Times are veryt different, and we truly don’t know when we’ll see mass adoption again.
The team at Fight Out truly believes that the UX (User Experience) during the last bull run was a pretty big problem. Imagine what the market would’ve looked like if ANYONE was able to use it without doing hours of research!
What we are doing is that we’re trying to blur the line between a Web3 product and a Web2 product as much as possible.
We’re working towards a reality where you don’t even realize that you are interacting with the blockchain, that is the ultimate goal and truly what will drive mass adoption not only to Fight Out, but to the entire Crypto Industry.
We do this by partnering up with the best companies in the space. Such as Wert and Web3Auth, they make purchasing $FGHT easy, seamless and non-research heavy. You can even create a wallet with only your email!
Also — our designers are HEAVILY focused on the user experience, to enhance the systems we already have in place even more.
This is what we believe will bring mass adoption to the table!
Done right there! I’m a bit passionate about this 😜
Ramsy | Crypto Miners:
3. Regarding the merchandise store which was mentioned on your website, can you talk more about this ? What kinds of outfits will be available in the merchandise store ? Can I order physical outfits in this merchandise store ?
Here is our last question from Twitter
David:
Awesome! This is definitely a fun one as we had over 30 people who wanted some Fight Out merchandise at the Blockchain expo in London!
We are planning to release merchandise both for purchase using your credit card, but also as a reward when earning REPS in the Fight Out ecosystem.
It’ll be given away as a special reward, we look to release capsule collections and much much more. This isn’t fully fully confirmed, but it’s definitely something I and the rest of the team want to do in the future. Because what is GymShark when you have an awesome Fight Out hoodie? 😎
To clarify; the merchandise will be both PHYSICAL and DIGITAL, you can look fresh both in real life and in our game!
