AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X FOTA

FOTA is a Triple-A MOBA Game project owned by Meta DJINN PTE.LTD and based in SINGAPORE, with a fantasy universe inhabited by many races throughout the universe. In the world of FOTA, NFT Technology is optimized so that users can feel the possibility of owning valuable digital assets during the journey. More than just a MOBA game platform, the development team has also introduced economic mechanisms and democracies through the DAO. With a view to turning this Metaverse platform into an ever more realistic universe that integrates Microsoft Mesh (a Microsoft Corporation platform pioneering in creating the most immersive Metaverse experience.

We hosted an AMA session with FOTA on 8th March.

Miss Uzma was the host from Crypto Miners and Mr Paulobadz was the guest. He shared delightful knowledge and unique features of FOTA.

Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'FOTA' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

paulobadz:
FOTA is a Triple-A MOBA Game Project published by DJINN PTE.LTD. Our Metaverse creates a fantasy universe with 8 races at the time of launch, including: Omni, Dragon, Elf, Human, Keen, Demon, Beast, Ogre existing on three worlds: Greenland, Earth and Nightmare. Among these 8 races and 3 worlds, players are allowed to choose a variety of characters to start their journey.

To come up with FOTA Metaverse, we have try to solve the problem of the traditional game.

In the past, players have accepted that their items are stuck forever in games and can’t move freely. Blockchain gaming serves to unchain those barriers and carry even more exciting developments. At FOTA, we implement Blockchain technology to:

✅ Absolute Ownership: FOTA provides the NFT Assets as a tool for players to control and manage their crypto-asset, such as Heroes, Skin, Weapon, and other equipment in their private wallet.
✅ Metaverse Economy: Blockchain acts as a layer 1 to power the entire financial and economic activities such as payment gateway, asset exchange, asset rent,...

For our Vision, we want to become a MetaFi Platform. So in the MetaFi Industry, FOTA will focus on GameFi, SocialFi and Metaverse 😁

Q2) What are your main features and advantages that discern you from other projects?

paulobadz:
As of now many projects are creating Metaverse Game with an Triple AAA game and each project has a uniqueness. So here in FOTA, we have awesome features :

Hybrid Farming - FOTA creates a “Hybrid Farming” mechanism that first appeared on the crypto market that allows users to use both LP tokens and FOTA Tokens to Farm with a LP token/FOTA Token profit ratio of 2.5 to encourage users to farm with LP tokens. Users can Claim profit every day and unfarm anytime without any cost.

Rent to play - This model allows us to solve the problem of "high-entry Heroes", which happens in most GameFi projects due to the increased price of characters and equipment in a long time. Long-time players can rent their abundant Heroes, Skins, Equipment in their free time and receive the extra profit. The newcomers can join the game with a lower fee when they don't want to make a huge investment.

Cross NFT - This feature lets our users and players bring their valuable NFT to the second Saga of FOTA Metaverse (The Unity Saga and The Worlds Saga). It also unlocks an opportunity for us to deploy many games inside Meta DJINN, which can utilize the initial NFT.

Microsoft Mesh - FOTA integrates the Microsoft Mesh technology, a Platform built by Microsoft Corporation to explore and experience the Metaverse in the best way. Microsoft Mesh is the world's first Platform that fully supports MR technology.

MR Mixed reality - also known as hybrid reality, is a world mixed between reality and virtual world in which real and virtual objects both exist and interact in real-time

And we already received the HoloLens 2 Prototype from Microsoft to develop an application on their Mixed Reality Platform. And we have to scale up the 3D Dimension to match the surrounding environment. Moreover, we have to utilize the experience with this device so that players can control their actions within this 3D space.

4) Now Share us about your Native token, What are the some of utlities of $FOTA Token in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

$FOTA Token will be used to power the virtual economy inside FOTA Metaverse, it must have many function:

👉 Purchase Hero, Equipment, Skin in the game: Players will have to buy initial Hero as well as Common-class Equipment. Moreover, to level up their Hero and Equipment, it will require an amount of Aether as the energy for that activity. All common-class Heroes, Skin, Equipment, Aether can be purchased on our Official Store via $FOTA.

👉 P2E Reward: After finish the PvE Quest or PvP Battle, players will receive the reward in FOTA

👉 Farming: The investors can farm their free token to earn more profit

For the Play-to-Earn mechanism:
You can make money by:
✅ Playing game;

✅ Rent NFT;
✅ Hybrid Farming

5) How long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from FOTA? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Actually, we are doing now the beta testing of stage 1 development after that we will released the public beta test to our community. In stage 2 its like a clashing of heroes, moving and casting skills. Its more active its like a battle royale. Stage 3 is a secret for now hahaha

Devs are working so hard for the development of FOTA game. I can show a little sneak peak of our development 😁

1) It caught my attention that your "FOTA" game will have its own Dex wallet, which will be "FotaWallet", so can you tell us what key features it will have? and really why prefer this wallet before "Metamask" & "Trust wallet" which is the most used?

Thats a good question

The FOTA Wallet is the EVM Base Chain, so it is very easy to use. The reason behind our decision to create our own wallet is that FOTAWallet will help users more easily access many DeFi products inside our Metaverse. Moreover, we will have the Avatar as our NFT also, so it will be much more beautiful to display it on our wallet.

For the Credit Card, at the moment we can not integrate it into our system because we will need to work with government for that.

How much do I have to invest to start playing @fightoftheages? Do I need to keep the NFT characters or the amount of $FOTA? Is APSO planning to add new characters in the future in addition to the 3 existing ones? Advantages and disadvantages of each character in the game?

paulobadz:
The minimum investment to play FOTA is 1 hero and it cost 100-200$ per NFT HERO. It depends of the price of what nft hero you will buy. And if players cant actually afford to buy HEROES, we have renting features. You can rent heroes and play and earn 😊

2) Esra:
On your website you don't mention that you have done any internal or external audit of your smart contract, so can you give us details if you have done any audit before? And n to perform any review of your smart contract in the near future❓

paulobadz:

3) 🌦️𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑫𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒊🌦️:
Most people judge a project by its token price. So, what is your plan to maintain the token price? Will there be some kinds of burning/buy-back program?

paulobadz:
The Treasury will be used as an anti-inflation fund for the FOTA Marketplace. Besides, the Treasury will be used to buy back and burn the first NFTs listed for sale every quarter. For the amount in the Treasury that is not used up, these tokens will be burned at the end of each quarter.

-People will need to buy FOTA to purchase NFT (Heroes, Weapon, Skin,…) and Aether as an energy => this we increase the demand for $FOTA.
- Player will receive $FOTA as the reward => this will increase the supply.

=> So we will have an algorithm to balance between Supply and Demand => the price of $FOTA is kind of stable

4) Hamza Ali:
'STAKING'' is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD Them long term. Does your GREAT PROJECT have plan about Staking??

paulobadz:
We have we called Hybrid Farming

FOTA creates a “Hybrid Farming” mechanism that first appeared on the crypto market that allows users to use both LP tokens and FOTA Tokens to Farm with a LP token/FOTA Token profit ratio of 2.5 to encourage users to farm with LP tokens. Users can Claim profit every day and unfarm anytime without any cost.

The liquidity source of the farming pool comes from the generated sales of Skill upgrades and the profit from selling Aether. Aether is the source of energy used to mix items and skills in the game. Players can buy Aether on the FOTA Marketplace.
