First of all Please give us a brief explanation about ‘Genius Assets’ .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

Flavius:
Why Genius?
We started from the main idea that each and every one of us can be a GENIUS itself and can make all the dreams come true. You just need to find your inside Genius and let it our for a higher purpose. Assets you can imagine from what it came from, but you don’t know the real reason. We wanted to combine the digital and real world assets in a single marketplace, accessible for everyone, through GeniuX, which X marks the spot for a lifetime treasure.

Genius Assets it’s all about tokenization/fragmentation of the real world into the digital realm; enableling the opportunity to buy real world assets at a fraction, creating REAL VALUE and generating PASSIVE INCOME through e cutting edge platform (custom made by us).

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other Projects?

Flavius:
I will use 3 KEY words 😎

- CONNECTING 3 worlds: real estate, crypto sphere & clasic network

- TOKENIZATION: as we want to fragment the real world, wile many want to go in the metaverse, first we want to put the real world in the digital realm

- REGLEMENATION: 2023 will be the all about rules and regulations, we are in place with that and ahead of the curve, wile many projects will disappear :(, we will STAY and grow

Think about an Amazon but with digital assets where you can invest in real world assets that are tokenized and you generate passive income

So let’s generate some passive income, using real businesses lol not a shitty BNB meme coin that is useless!!! Sorry I said it 👀😱

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Flavius:
We are going to use the blockchain technology, through a Smart Contract well written, that will benefit the real estate transaction. Basically, you are going to invest in real estate tokenized projects (FOP), in the same way you are investing in the #cryptoworld right now. The difference is that you will have the right to rewards, quarterly or annually, in the contract you sign.

Our technical team is developing the testing phase, with all the details needed, making everythin go smoothly.

So, for the dev team we already use one of top 5 companies from East of Europe; and we also build our own internal IT team!

For funding, I said earlier in first questions, we have a big network from our founder, he managed to build a community of 290k people in 13 years, so we can always rely on an audience that we reached so less, less then 1%

Ok, then obviously we have the marketing plan on the role, so that will attract many crypto enthusiasts

BTW when we are talking about Genius Assets, we are not talking only about ICO. We help people diversify their portfolios, by bringing various real world assets into the platform.

One thing to understand from our Tokenomics is, that we are a DEFLATIONARY token, as we build a burning program.

How would work that (not marketing thing 🤣), but when you invest the $IUX Token, for the real assets (that are fragmented) you will generate passive income (dividents/rewards).

When we pay the dividents/rewards, to avoid SELLING pressure, we will burn (mirror) the tokens we give from the circulation SUPPLY.

For 2022 (what is left 😌) we plan to launch the utility token (16 of June).

Then we plan to launch the Staking Program, we did it in-house, not a 3rd party Dapp, you will love it ❤️

And in the last months of the year, first Q of 2023 to launch the first FRAGMENTED OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (FOP), basically the first REAL ASSET that would be fragmented/tokenized into our platform!

We are using a top3 IT & Blockchain company from East of Europe! A cyber security and stress testing on the platform is made as we speak, we are using cutting edge technologies, made an unique brand, we have our own (German) blockchain developer who is doing the smart contract, open disscutions with Certik and Hacken…

So YES, we deeply care about security!

So, for now we wait for the TGE! 18 of June, live event in Turkey, Istanbul!

Then we have open disscutions with Certik and Hacken for SC audits!

Regarding our platform we use cutting edge technology (REACT 5, custom coded platform for us) and we are in progress with stress testing and cyber security!

Good question!

No! The contest is BIG indeed, with thousands of dollars in rewards and prizes BUT is not limited to anu country!
