AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X KWIKTRUST

KwikTrust is the next generation e-validation
platform, and the home of the Super-NFT (patent
pending) providing increased file security and
creating secure transferable assets. KwikTrust is an e-validation platform that provides provenance and legal protection. The platform enables self-certified and third-party validation of files, with the results
stored securely on a blockchain, creating an irrefutable record of activity.
Users can record and validate intellectual property origination, contracts, accounts,
invoices, references, qualifications, identities, video and audio files, and undertake
know-your-client checks. Intellectual property and other assets can be represented digitally - including property deeds, company shares, asset ownership, and validated identities - which can be minted into a NFT (non-fungible token) as a permanent and transferable record of ownership.

We hosted an AMA session with Kwiktrust on 21st January.

Mr. Ramsy was the host from Crypto Miners and Mr. Simon and Mr. Hassam was the guests. They shared delightful knowledge and unique features of Kwiktrust.

First of all please give us a brief explanation about 'KwikTrust' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

Simon Read:
KwikTrust’s vision is to become the global standard for managing and transferring assets in the digital world.

The platform provides more secure file validation and management, by enabling files to be uploaded and validated. This can include contracts, intellectual property, and proof of ownership of digital and physical assets.

We can also lock together the asset and owner’s validated identity into a NFT to create a transferable asset. This increases security over ‘old school’ NFTs. We call this the SuperNFT.

We’ve also filed a patent application for the SuperNFT.

The KwikTrust KTX token is used to mint the SuperNFT so demand for the KTX will increase over time as the market develops, and we feel that the NFT market potential is huge!

Like many business ideas we noticed that there were limitations with current solutions for establishing provenance and undertaking due diligence.

We’ve built our MVP which has active users in the legal, financial and accounting sectors.

We have a really exciting product roadmap ahead, and we will be releasing new features regularly over the next few months.

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other Projects?

ʜᴀssᴀᴍ ᴀᴢɪᴢ ᴋʜᴀᴡᴀᴊᴀ:
Our largest competition can be grouped into 3 areas: document validation and digital signatures (competing with Docusign), document storage and management (competing with Google Docs) and NFT minting (competing with Mintable).

Our key differentiator lies within our use of blockchain. We don’t just provide a space for documents to be validated, it is so much more than that. We offer a method of validation that is highly secure, collaborative, and above all allows for an irrefutable record of activity.

Additionally, we have a multitude of incredible features that allow us to truly stand in this space. We have integrated KYC and AML components, contract lifecycle management (traffic light system for expiry dates, etc…) and triple lock security.

As Simon mentioned about SuperNFT,
On top of everything else, we offer the Super-NFT which is unique and we are in the process of patenting it. That will help with our token value.

I personally feel like one of our biggest strengths is our incredible team. Highly specialised and expert in their fields from around the world and bring a lot of experience.

Ramsy:
Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Simon Read:
As Hassam mentioned, we have an incredible team.

The diversity of the team has been key to making good progress with the project so far.

We have in-house skills across tech, blockchain, finance, marketing and commercial skills. We also have an intellectual property expert, and an in-house legal team so we can keep on top of legislation and ensure we are regulatory compliant.

Our team is also well connected geographically. We have team members in the US, Canada, UK, mainland Europe and Asia.

In terms of qualifications, we have an intellectual property law professor and a qualified in-house full time lawyer. Several of our team completed the University of Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme.

I'm a great believer in building a great team.

The first job of a CEO is to build a 'rock star' management team!

4) Now Share us about your Native tokens, What are the some of utlities of $KTX in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

Simon Read:
Sure. Happy to. The KTX token is at the heart of the platform.

We have a limited number of tokens, 100million.

At TGE, 20% of the sold tokens will be issued to investors. The remainder will be issued over a period of 12 months, bi-monthly.

A primary use of the KTX is to mint the SuperNFT. As demand for the SuperNFT increases so will demand for the KTX.

In the future KTX token holders will be abe to participate in governance votes. We are also offering staking and other incentives.

We will also provide the KwikTrust Protocol and SuperNFT to other platforms so they can benenfit from a more secure NFT in their communities.

For this, we require the platforms to acquire and maintain a minimum balance of KTX tokens.

As we all know the NFT market potential is huge, and it extends well beyond digital artworks that we are seeing today.

There will be a long term demand for the KTX token as use of the SuperNFT continues to expand.

For this reason we encourage people to buy and hold the KTX for the longer term to gain the best benefits.

Q5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from KwikTrust? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Simon Read:
We've been working on the project for more than 2 years.

The KwikTrust MVP was launched in June 2021.

We currently have just under 400 registered users who have been pilot testing with us.

It was important for us to get a product into the market before embarking on the token issue.

That way, we were able to establish a proof of concept and prove that our team has the skills and ability to get a product to market.

That's one thing that differentiates us from other crypto projects - we built the product before issuing the token.

Looking ahead we have some exciting new product deliverables and we will also be announcing new partnerships over the coming weeks.

We will also be launching a KwikTrust sandbox and launchpad to support other projects that want to build on the KwikTrust protocol.

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

1)The current state of NFT is comparable to the web in the 90's, static and boring. So, can you explain how KwikTrust can change this paradigm presented by NFT?What is the difference between Super NFT and the traditional ones found so far?How Super NFT superior to other projects?

Simon Read:
That's a really interesting question and I agree that we are seeing a lot of similarities.

Looking back to the web in the 90's there was a lot of mistrust about the technology, particularly relating to making online payments and the security of entering card details.

At the time, this dissuaded a lot of people from embracing the opportunities that the early web offered.

Over time, people started to trust and accept the technology, but it was a gradual process.

I think we are seeing the same pattern today with the NFT market.

For the NFT market to develop people need to first trust the technology.

For that to happen NFTs need to become more secure.

Only then, will people start to adopt the technology and, most importantly, trust higher value assets to NFTs.

The SuperNFT achieves this.

As a store of value NFTs have much more potential. In the future we will see more assets - Digital and physical - represented as NFTs.

As I touched on earlier, we feel that the Super-NFT has great potential, and it’s a significant step forward in the field of NFTs.

The Super-NFT locks together the owner’s validated identity with the asset.

The SuperNFT will open new asset clasees for NFTs and will help the technology hit the global mainstream.

Ramsy:
2)Almost 3/4 of investors are focused purely on the price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?

Simon Read:
That's a great question.

As we all know, many people prefer to buy tokens in presale and sell at the IDO, and that's absolutely fine.

With KwikTrust we started out by identifying a real-world problem that needs to be solved.

For that reason we put a lot of time into testing the concepts in the market with real users.

Launching our MVP last June was a significant step in that process.

As I mentioned earlier the SuperNFT is a more secure form of NFT.

The NFT market is still in its relative infancy and we haven’t seen the true potential of NFTs yet, beyond digital artworks that we are seeing today.

By linking the owner’s validated identity to the asset people will be able to trust higher value assets to NFTs. This will open up the NFT market.

SuperNFTs can also be used as security in financial markets. This will change the NFT market paradigm.

The SuperNFT is such a massive step forward in the field of NFT technologies, it will make a huge positive contribution to wider use of NFTs across many asset classes - property ownership, share ownership, bonds and other financial assets.

Because the SuperNFT is minted by using the KwikTrust KTX token this will create a long term demand for the token.

We really do encourage people to retain their KTX tokens for the long term.

The future for the NFT is very exciting!

3) What is business model of your project? How it works? And who are your potential customers and which markets are you targeting on?

KwikTrust platform operates SaaS model with a tiered pricing structure keeping in mind the factors of easy user on boarding.

KwikTrust also offers a freemium version where anyone from around the world can sign up and get going.

It is really easy to nevigate and in other words very user friendly dashboard.

KwikTrust utilises blockchain technology to create an irrefutable record of activities, KwikTrust also does an incredible job of bringing multiple parties to engage on one single, secured platform.

The dynamic reporting with the help of traffic light system of KwikTrust helps users to identify risks as conditions change.

On top of all KwikTrust is Low Cost while providing Blockchain technology.

In terms of our target customers, We have active users in the legal, financial and accounting sectors.

That has been only possible because of our launch of MVP.

We aim to target other sectors too as we progress with our roadmap and with our super cool features of KYC/AML

Ramsy:
4)I saw that KwikTrust is powered by IBM which is the largest technology corporation. What is the form of this empowerment? is it only limited to funding supporting? or the entire technology system is handled by IBM? What benefit can be given to us by this great cooperation?

Simon Read:
Our relationship with IBM is really important to us.

We joined the IBM global startup programme two years ago.

This gives us access to great resources and expertise.

The KwikTrust platform is built on Hyperledger fabric. This is a true enterprise level solution and KwikTrust can process over 11,000 transactions per second.

IBM also have a great global reach and in the future we plan to work collaboratively to roll-out the KwikTrust platform to new markets.

Ramsy:
5)According to the roadmap, what is your most important next priority? Do you have enough funds and strong community to achieve the goal?

Simon Read:
Our next priority is to complete the KTX token Presale and generate the tokens.

This will all be completed in Q1.

We also have some really exicting partnerships that will be announced over the coming weeks.

There is also some big news for the SuperNFT.

The world's first SuperNFT will be minted at a major NFT conference in LA at the end of March.

We are working with a global partner and the first SuperNFT will be a major event on a global stage.

Partnerships are an essential part of the whole strategy for any project. Can you please name some of the latest partnerships you guys made? What about the importance of them and what do you expect to get from them aiming for kiwi trust?

Simon Read:
Completely agree. As well as the IBM partnership we are working with YFDAI, Nakheel Capital, Black Dragon and many others.

We are also working on a SuperNFT issue with a major broadcaster and with a US sporting body. We will be announcing these shortly.
