MetaGaming Guild (MGG) is a community-governed organization that focuses on purchasing NFTs for price appreciation or for renting out MGG-owned assets to global gamers worldwide. MGG leverages the use of these NFTs to yield maximum benefits to its community members.
MGG is primarily DAO-based and was inspired by play-to-earn startups like Axie Infinity. It utilizes blockchain technology and cryptocurrency where players take full ownership of their virtual assets and trade them safely whenever, wherever.

We hosted an AMA session with MetaGaming Guild on 29th November at 12:30 PM UTC.

Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'MetaGaming Guild' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this space?

Leslie:
MetaGaming Guild (MGG) is community-governed organization that makes game finance fairer for the masses. It primarily focuses on live scholarship program where players or members access games without upfront costs, access early stage game tokens like VCs, and deploy their NFTs to automated yield.

We buy NFT games assets from startups like Axie Infinity and other NFT gaming projects and rent them out to our community of players through our scholarship program. We also buy early game tokens of projects that meet our selection criteria for our GameFi Vaults and will connect NFT holders with our scholars through our Game Yield Farming (the 1st form of automated yield).

Our CEO has been in the industry for more than 4 years already and have launched several successful projects. We use tried and tested tactics in MGG. We also have solid partners and backers who have the power to boost further our token.

Q5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from MetaGaming Guild? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Leslie:
We launched our project in September 2021. Since then, our project grew to be one of the fastest growing gaming community.

We are also very proud to say that we have already closed a $2M funding, with more than 300 players in our guild, 50%+ MoM growth, more than 1k NTF’s in our Treasury, earning monthly revenues of more than 40k USD and acquired already early stage assetsof incredibly exciting games such as Dark Frontiers, The Kill Box, Place War and many more.

1) Nowadays in the market for NFTs is very strong and generating a lot of money for users, artists and projects. So I was wondering if at some point MGG will have an NFT Marketplace or its own line of NFTs?

Morris:
That’s correct. Part of our on-going development in MGG is to introduce our own NFT game in the market. But this is still under project conceptualization. It’s going to be exciting, for sure!

2)Partnerships are one way to get a better position in the market. Talking about strategic partnerships, does Meta Gaming Guild have any partnerships or is included in any collaborations that may be beneficial to result in exponential growth for both team?

Leslie:

Our strategic backers are led by DAO Maker and Ice Tea Labs (GameFi and RedKite), both of whom play a pioneering role in the GameFi economy, and SparkPoint Global Ventures, which is the venture arm of the leading Philippines crypto wallet SparkPoint. Dao Maker and IceTea Labs will help us accelerate our growth and profitability by connecting early NFT gaming projects into our ecosystem.

3)MetaGaming Guild (MGG) is community-governed organization that makes game finance fairer for the masses. I saw that you have a feature called scholarship program. Can you give a brief idea about this feature?

Morris:
Yes. We offer gaming scholarships to qualified gamers who actively play-to-earn. Through our scholarship program, gamers can access games without upfront costs. We buy NFT assets from games like Axie Infinity and rent them out to qualified scholars. The profit sharing is 50-50 wherein you take home 50% of your earned SLP.

Our target for 2021 is to hire 1,000-1,500 scholars and up to 5,000-10,000 scholars in 2022.

We have a strong security at MGG. Our experienced web developers ensure that our sites and domains are safe from hackers and unwanted viruses.

We have big plans for MGG and early investors and community members are now reaping lucrative benefits in joining MGG. We will be unstoppable in dominating the gaming industry.

As we move forward, we are driven to strengthen our global community by consistently building strategic partnerships with the strongest and reputable names in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

5)Because in the blockchain gaming industry, play-to-earn games are becoming increasingly popular. In my perspective, earning systems are the backbone of every NFT game. What are the income methods used by MetaGaming Guild to help its users?

That’s true. At MGG, we get our revenue from farmed cryptocurrency (with 50-50 profit sharing) and generated NFTs early-stage assets of incredibly exciting games such as Dark Frontiers, Gold Fever, Place War, The Kill Box and many more. We now have more than 1k NFTs in our Treasury.

We are proud to say that we maintained a 50%+ MoM growth that benefits our global members. We are meaning a monthly revenues of more than 40k USD from our scholarship program and we are targeting to have at least 200k USD at the end of this year.
