AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X OVEREALITY

Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'OVEREALITY' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in This Space?

Ren:
Yeah of course. Here's how we define Overeality.

Overeality is a community that brings people together with a new form of social token governed by DAO technology. Our opportunity is to create a metaverse that is focused, curated, accessible and driven by people—all of whom have a voice, skin in the game and equity in what's to come. We will pierce the mainstream through emotive storytelling and human communication, by offering authentic NFTs featuring some of the world’s largest celebrities and designers, gamefi experiences and events for our growing community of people around the world empowered to be involved in shaping the future like never before.

It’s our opportunity to take the internet back. Back to how it was meant to be.

yes, and we mean to reverse the fan economy in the reality, and build a DAO driven crypto entertainment to our users!!

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other projects?

Ren:
We are different in the following ways:
We are a layer-one chain with low gas fees for millions of mass-market retail adoption

We are EVM compatible for cross-chain cross-platform promotion

We have NFT lifecycle centric modules including royalty management, fractional NFT trading, community governance, and engagement modules

We are a DAO-driven launchpad/incubator for fan economies.

Shukyee Ma:
And we are doing real business with some real big names!!! Our platform will be so different from others because the celebrities will have their own web 3.0 communities and IP metaverses on our blockchain!!

Just officially revealed our first celebrity that’s gonna on board

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Ren:
We have a total of 4 teams and around 20 people at Overeality Labs. Our tech team has been working on blockchain development, and our product team is in charge of blockchain development. We also got a team of business development. And most importantly, “the Star 🌟 Team” for IP collaboration, who’s been meeting with the celebrities all the time!!! Jealous!😒😒😒

Shukyee Ma:
And we partner with CAA, the world’s biggest artist agency, who works with Morgan Freeman , Justin Bieber, etc. We also partner with Polaris Sport Agency, who works with Cristiano Ronaldo. In addition, we are working with some other artist agents who work with LeBron James!!

We mean to bring the celebrities to the cryptoworld and we will be the first ever #CryptoHollywood with #cryptoentertainment for you guys

4) Now Share us about your token, What are the some of utlities of $OVEREALITY Token in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

Ren:
Overeality tokens is our DAO governance token which you can use to vote, trade, and make real influences in the community. You can use Overeality Token to buy your favourite Fan Tokens and NFTs. By staking the Overeality Token, you will be rewarded with Overeality Gas Token. Fan tokens are shares of the IP DAC (decentralized autonomous company). You get dividends out of the celebrities' NFT and other products’ sale revenues if you hold their fan tokens. Fan tokens are also special tickets to the metaverse of your favourite celebrities!

Shukyee Ma:
As an IP supporter, you can contribute to your favourite IP communities, make decisions and EARN $Overeality Gas.💰💰. As an IP owner, you can launch your own COIN and community on Overeality Blockchain, to gain fans and fame in the crypto world🤩.

And for the fan token use case, there are a couple of scenarios:
a. The baseline scenario is retail can buy a minimum amount of fan tokens needed to be granted access into the "fan club" where it is an exclusive chat room for connecting, communicating, and engaging between fans and their idol
b.They can become direct marketing salespeople for the idol's NFT to make money, essentially a DAC(decentralized autonomous company), imagine 50000 salespeople for James Rodriguez all trying to sell NFTs for him.

Ramsy:
Alright, Now let's see our last question from this segment...

5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from OVEREALITY? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Ren:
We have been developing this project since December 2020. We have finished our private round of investment and look forward to having our public sale on Jan 11th 2022. We have developed our blockchain, called Overeality chain, which is under the beta testing phase and will be officially launched as our mainnet on 2.22.2022. And most exciting part is that we just signed the contract with James Rodriguez!!! We will announce more celebrities in the near future!!!

Shukyee Ma:
Besides, we will have the celebrities on board in 2022, In each quater, we will have super exciting launch events with the celebrities!! And you will get the special NFT drops from the fan communities if you join the waitlist before the launch event!!

Segment 2️⃣: Live QnA

1)Security is the most important thing to consider want starting up a project, how secured is this project for users and investors?

Ren:
Since Overeality Chain is a layer-one EVM-compatible blockchain, the risk of the underlying consensus layer is fairly controllable. The realization of our PoS consensus mechanism utilizes the Tendermint consensus framework, which has been relentlessly tested by various blockchains.

As for the application level of our chain, most of our smart contracts were migrated from existing contracts in the community. For instance: ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1559. The level of security of those contracts is unquestionable. A very small portion of our smart contracts will be customized and they will be audited by a formal security company before being deployed to our chain.

We just finished our first round of airdrops on 15th December. We are going to do another round of NFT drops in early January!!! 2) Can you list 1-3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

You can imagine that you are one of the top gainers of LeBron James community, and you are the top sales person of LeBron James' DAC!! 3) What are your top priorities in 2022? Can you share some plans for next year? Which part of the project are you most interested in right now?

Ren:
The top priority for 2022 for us is to build the fans community for celebrities on our platform and provide the best NFT user experience. We have already signed contracts with James Rodriguez and we will announce more names when we enter the year 2022 . We will have our public sale on 1.11.2022 and mainnet launch event on 2.22.2022. For me, the most interesting part is that we are building an NFT Hollywood where each celebrity will have their DAC(Decentralized Autonomous Companies). Fans will actually become salespersons of the DAC and they will be able to grow together with the celebrities along their journey into the Overeality Metaverse!

4) How important is the COMMUNITY to you? and how can we collaborate or help you for the development of the project?i

Shukyee Ma:
Community is definitely the MOST IMPORTANT to us. The NFT creation process is DAO-driven. And DAC in the IP Metaverse needs your participation too. Together, we will incubate the crypto stars and crypto IPs, just like a show in #cryptoentertainment! We want all of you can join and make it happened for the people, make your voice count, and make your $tokens❤️
