AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X RAGNAMAPLE

Ragnamaple aims to provide customers with a highly customised gaming experience. This fantasy is becoming a reality because of NFT and blockchain technology, which allows players to be rewarded from the game by introducing a blockchain-based NFT that can be sold for real money.

We hosted an AMA session with RagnaMaple on 2nd November at 10:00 AM UTC.

Mr. Ramsy was the host from Crypto Miners and Mr. Ronnie was our guest from RagnaMaple. He shared delightful knowledge and unique features of RagnaMaple with us.

Q1) Can you give a brief explanation about 'Ragnamaple' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this space?

Here's our first question.

Ronnie K:
Ragnamaple is a game inspired by Ragnarok Online and Maple Story, we used to play this game as a teenager and end up we have decided to recreate a game with similar features of these 2 games, with play to earn as the main attraction to pull in more players.

Ramsy:

Q2) So what are your main features that discern you from other projects and what key advantages do you have?

Ronnie K:
We created this game with player retention and mass adoption as priority, thus we are focusing at not only smooth gameplay, but also come with massive reward!

For example, we have weekly boss raid event which it will spawn random boss that comes with different reward, some of the boss is worth up to $10000 BUSD, and why BUSD and not RMP you may ask? Because we do not intend to give out massive reward in native token which will hurt the pricing of our token. We need to make sure that the token price is stable so that users and investors are happy to stay with us.

In short, massive reward is our greatest difference compare to other game project

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Ronnie K:
Our team composed of mainly game developer and full stack developers

We have been working on some indie games for corporates in Australia since 4 years ago

With enough knowledge and experience, we believe we can create Ragnamaple to be a game that has mass adoption and good player retention.

Q4)Now Share us about your token, What are the some of utlities of Ragnamaple Token in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics of $RMP.

Ronnie K:
RMP is use to reward token and LP stakers with revenue sharing, 100% of all in-game & RagnaDex revenue will be sent to RagnaVault for weekly revenue sharing distribution. Every week the revenue collected from RagnaVault will be used to purchase RMP token from the secondary market, this elevates the buying pressure in the liquidity pools, which consequently prevents token dumping and increases RMP token demand.

15% of RMP supply will be distributed as yield farming reward, these reward can be claimed in the form of RMP token with 2 months lockup period, or zRMP, the in-game currency which can be redeemed immediately for in-game usage. Whenever zRMP is claimed, equivalent amount of RMP token will be burned, which translates to a gradual deflation of RMP supply. zRMP grants user additional 10-20% discount on all purchases, thus we foresee more RMP will be burned to be converted to zRMP.

While other utility of RMP token is for DAO governance/voting, first time game character purchase, item and equipment upgrade, monster evolve, staking for certain in-game purchases eligibility and NFT land metaverse purchase currency.

Alright,Now moving to our last question of this segment...

Q5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from Ragnamaple ? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Ronnie K:
It takes almost 1 year to develop until now.

For the future plan, we are currently in talk with several gamefi project to implement metaverse integrations, very soon our character NFT will be able to port over to some major metaverse project available in the crypto world. With our upcoming NFT land sales happening by end of November, these project will also be able to bring their avatars to interact with us in Ragnamaple metaverse.

For road map, we will have a very busy month in November:

Community presale
Multi IDO
Pancakeswap listing
NFT sales

While there will be smart contract audit and more marketing campaign in December and game beta launch in January 2022

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

Q1) To earn additional income, collect and upgrade NFT weapons, equipment and accessories, or train NFT characters for new job classes and sell them on the market. So how does this work? What is the market available for trading NFT characters in Ragnamaple?

Ronnie K:
If you refer to our whitepaper, we will have a marketplace call RagnaDex for players to trade all these NFTs

Players can also trade these NFTs in public marketplace such as Opensea

Q2) NFT gaming is trending particularly those featuring a Play-to-Earn mechanism is clearly the new trend these days. Ragnamaple has really attractive features. Can you explain Play-to-Earn mechanism in more details & how users can generate passive income from this model?

Ronnie K:
In Ragnamaple, player will earn reward after completing daily task or killing bosses in the game.

The reward come in the form of RMP or Zeny (the in-game currency)

Player can convert Zeny to RMP through RagnaDex and sell it in Pancakeswap to exchange to your local currency

Some boss raid will reward players with BUSD, in which no conversion is required

For further details, kindly refer to our game launch and all information will be revealed

Q3)At its core, Ragnamaple is a multiplayer game where users can PVP with anyone in the world at any time with an internet connection. What are the characteristics of PVP, PVE battles? What are the innovative elements that Ragnamaple offers to avoid being another boring NFT game?

Ronnie K:
This is the interesting part

To start the game, player need to recruit 5 characters to form a team

Player has to build the team with different formation to perform different tactics when facing enemies

There are thousands of formation available especially when player capture monsters to be the battle companions

Every characters and monsters have their unique skills which is effective against different enemies

With the above elements, we believe the game will be interesting enough, especially with more features such as fishing, farming and mining ores to upgrade the equipments or evolving your monsters

Q4) In website, it says that the initial cost would not be too high. However, recent games of P2E projects often require high-end computer performance. Will the game be compatible to both mobile platform and web?

Ronnie K:
The game will be compatible to both web and mobile platform

At first we will launch the game in browser based in January 2022, and we will be able to launch android version in February 2022

We can assure you that there is no high end performance PC or phone required, as long as there is phone with 4G connection is good enough to play

Q5) One of the differences between Ragnamaple and other gaming platforms that Ragnamaple provides the opportunity to play for free. What are the limitations of playing for free? What advantages and benefits do users receive if they invest money to play Ragnamaple?

Ronnie K:
Player can play the whole day if they wish to, but there is always a cap in daily earning. When the cap has reached, player can still perform activities such as fishing, mining, or farming to earn extra income by selling them on the marketplace

If player invest more money to acquire better stat characters or equipments, the rate of winning will increase tremendously which will directly increase the earning of player

1)Are there nay benefits for holding $zRMP tokens, are there any in game advantages for the holders?

Ronnie K:
Yes, player will be able to get up to 20% discount on items in the marketplace, after spending the zRMP, it will be burned and forever out of circulation

2) How the gamer will get NFT and $RMP from Ragnamaple game? Does the game is available free for download?

Ronnie K:
You can get the NFT from the marketplace, the captured monsters will also be in NFT form where you can sell it on the marketplace.

Yes this game is free to download

3) Is your project only for elite investors, what about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?

Ronnie K:
This is a community based project, we do not take in high net worth investor as most of VC usually will dump project token from time to time.

That is why we instead conduct a community presale to be fair to everyone in the community, and that is why the starting investment amount can be as low as $250

4) Can you list 1-3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

Ronnie K:
The main killer features of Ragnamaple is our massive reward system in BUSD, players can earn huge reward from some of the event such as boss raid, then the reward is made in BUSD.

Why BUSD and not RMP? Because we do not wish to affect the pricing of RMP and token value is our priority.

While with burning mechanism of RMP, it will be deflationary and eventually the price of RMP will appreciate when mass adoption happens

5) How will Ragnamaple generate income from its services if ALL of the profits and fees accumulated from the platform’s market will be given to the token holders? Will this revenue sharing set-up be sustaining for the long term?

Ronnie K:
Good question, the game development fund has been secured through our treasury, these will be used to fund the future development of the game. That is why 100% of the profit will be given to users that staked their token. And don’t forget that RagnaVault does has token to be staked too, which will generate income for the game to continue with the development. With the deflationary nature of the token, the value of token will continue to increase and it will create a sustainable way for the treasury to utilize the fund.
