AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X SOLX GAMING GUILD

SolX Gaming Guild is a DAO that is aimed entirely at P2E games and bringing the rewards over to holders who stake their tokens. We will be beginning our growth on Axie Infinity and expanding to other P2E games afterwards. No ecosystem is off limits! SolX will bring rewards from any P2E game irrespective of what ecosystem it’s on to Solana.

We hosted an AMA session with SolX Gaming Guild on 17th December at 9:30 AM UTC.

Mr. Ramsy was the host from Crypto Miners and Mr. Matthew was the guest. He shared delightful knowledge and unique features of SolX Gaming Guild.

I'm pretty sure that our AMA participants are very much excited to learn more about SolX Gaming Guild

Yep, lets get this going !

So here's our first question from this segment...

1)Can you give a brief explanation about 'SolX Gaming Guild' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in Crypto Gaming Space?

Matthew Nguyen:
SolX Gaming Guild is a guild that will venture into Play-2-Earn space. Intially we started out by helping a private Axie Infinity scholarship, we were helping them with backend stuffs like, collecting mass SLP from all scholars account, and redistributing the SLP to their respective wallets, creating API data, and many more

After all that, we took time to research more about the Play-2-Earn games, and decided to create our own guild instead

Creating opportunities for those people who enjoy playing games and wanting to earn money, yet not having a capital to do so

Community is also very important when it comes to Games!

Now let's see our second question from this segment..

2)So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other projects?

Matthew Nguyen:
There's one feature that we are currently building, which is the 'Rent to earn' system. This allows investors to lend their NFTs directly to our guild members, which then our guild members will use it to play games and earn rewards

Ramsy:
Looks impressive 👀

Matthew Nguyen:
The rewards will be split 3 ways; guild member that use it to play, a small management handling fee, and investors themselves getting it. This allows investors to fully utilized their NFTs!

So their NFT isnt just staying idle in their wallets 🙊

Ramsy:
3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Matthew Nguyen:
Developments and recruitment of guild members have been doing very well, the current roadblock we're facing is to postpone our IDO. This was actually requested by many of our members in the SolX Community, due to the current market condition. We understand where our community members are coming from, so we've decided to postpone it.

Our members want us to succeed and catch the eyes of like-minded people into our community. The new IDO date will be announced on our Twitter! So please do follow us there!

4) Now Share us about your Native token, What are the some of utlities of $SGG Token in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

Matthew Nguyen:
The $SGG token is unique, we want to benefit our token holders as well as allowing them to have the power to make decisions for the guild, SolX is all about decentralization (fundamentals of crypto after all!)

Our current benefits are staking to earn rewards (rewards coming from guild's revenue), DAO voting power (community decides the path of SolX), and 'Rent to earn' (more details coming soon). With DAO voting, token holders can also decide more utilities in the future for $SGG token!

Alright, now let's move to our last question from this segment..

5)So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from SolX Gaming Guild ? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Matthew Nguyen:
Hmm well, the initial stage to develop our backend system for the private scholarship took us quite some time

This was due to Axie Infinity not sharing their main API, only the proxy API which was constantly change / down, but we got that solved!

We started applying all these backend system to SolX which only took a few setups to finish it. The development on 'rent to earn' and 'ranking for players' are still under development, which we hope to push it our on Q1 of 2022, these two are priorities to us right now

Of course, our backend stuffs are not just tied to Axie Infinity. When we explore into other new P2E games, we will definitely start creating more backend system that will ease our management's job

That being said, we are looking at other games like sipher, Star Atlas and other games that supports scholarships. If Crypto miners community have game suggestions as well that we can look into, do hit us up on twitter!

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

Ramsy:
1) There are many NFT and Gaming projects currently. So there must be high competitiveness in the market, and users are more selective when partcipating in new platforms. What are some prominent features that make SolX Gaming Guild ahead of other blockchain-based games ?

Matthew Nguyen:
As a guild, competitiveness is what strive us to be greater, but also we want to build a strong relationship with other guilds. The more guilds emerge in the P2E space is actually very beneficial to the community

Because this brings interest to the corporate companies to start building games on the blockchain

But as a token holder, one of our biggest advantage is, we're on solana chain. our token holders will have no worry in paying gas fee

Being on the ethereum chain has it's benefit too, but if I were to stake, claim, or even approving transaction, all are costly to do so

We believe that many more projects will emerge on solana chain, this will give us an even better advantage in partnering with game companies as well

Ramsy:

2) Crypto games have earned recognition as some of the most profitable blockchain products. SolX Gaming Guild is DAO and NFT Gaming. Can you talk about the most extensive collection of resources SolX Gaming Guild offers to all participants in the booming game finance economy?

Matthew Nguyen:
Well, to simplify it, our goal is simple. We want to be big enough to start partnering with game companies or game products, and we were to do so, we will offer airdrops rewards to our participants / guild members, as a token of trust

Ramsy:
3)Is the token $SOL will be the primarily to govern the Solx? Is $SOL used to vote and decide on the outcome of Solx? Apart from this, Can $SOL be staked within the protocol to provide security/insurance to the protocol/depositors?

Matthew Nguyen:
Yes, $SGG will be primarily use as governance token, but it can also be staked to receive rewards. Rewards such as $SOL / $ETH, we do not reward people with our own $SGG because this will cause more supply of the token, which might cause drop in price of the token. Rewards will be gain from renting our NFTs to our guild members, and we will take a small cut from it, and distribute it into our staking dashboard

Ramsy:
4)I read on your website that Your ecosystem is natively based on the SOLANA ecosystem, but on your website you say that you are open to integration of all chains, do you plan in the short term to expand and integrate another chain to your eco-system?

Matthew Nguyen:
Yes, we will be on Solana ecosystem. What we meant by integration of all chain is, we will be bridging all rewards earn by scholars back to solana ecosystem, our own staking dashboard. Because different games are on different ecosystem, it not ideal for token holders to stake their rewards everywhere, so we focus on just bridging the rewards to one ecosystem, which is solana

Ramsy:
5) SolX will operate as a gaming guild, allowing P2E players to start in the game of their choice. What are your strategies to compete with other P2E games, if there is currently a lot of competition in the crypto market? What makes this game different and what are its advantages?

Well, the decision making to invest into a game will be decided by our Core team for now, this is because we will need to research about the game whether its sustainable and profitable. There's no point going into a game which bad good tokenomics in short term and bad tokenomics in long term. But slowly once SolX Gaming Guild grows bigger, the decision making to venture into P2E games will be the community.

1)For a project development first of all main priority is having enough fund. Does your team financially capable to run this project? Do you have enough fund for it is developement Can you tell us that how your project generate the profit?

Matthew Nguyen:
Yes, we have raise the funds to do so, we have many big investors invested in us, do kindly check our website :) but we can’t tell you exactly whats the generated profit since P2E games tokens are fluctuated, its all about the market.

2) Southeast Asia is a very vibrant market and many project developed here so with your project what do you think about Southeast Asia and do you have any plan to develop here?

Matthew Nguyen:
This is very true, we have seen many projects developed by companies in SEA, our core team are based here too! One of the reason we focus on P2E is that there are many regular workers who are earning $250 - $500 / month on average, and now they have the chance to make even more just by playing an extra 2-3hours a day. We see this as a potential for Guilds in the future

3) Partnership and community are the key to the success of projects, can you tell me How SolX will expand the partnership and which markets will SolX focus on?

Matthew Nguyen:
We definitely agreed on this. Partnership will welcome more like-minded people into our project. We have been talking to many upcoming games, discussions are on-going but we won’t be disclosing who they are yet, it has to be reveal by them first :)

4) How can users stay updated with this project? Are there channels, including local communities where users can get the latest updates?

Matthew Nguyen:
You can follow our Telegram and Twitter, our discord channel is currently for our guild members only. Once we launch our IDO, we will open it up for everyone to join in, especially token holders and people who are interested in our project.

5) What about security?

Matthew Nguyen:
You can check out our whitepaper on our website! For security, it’s very important to us, we have seen many exploit in the space. But thankfully we’re not as complicated as defi or yield farming tokens. In preparation for our TGE, we will ensure that our token contract is audited and to provide full transparency to everyone
