AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X TRADETOMATO

TradeTomato offers a blockchain native trade automation and portfolio management platform for traders of all levels. It aim to become the go-to ecosystem for automated trading, unifying market access across Crypto and DeFi. Their platform includes a powerful interface featuring:

We hosted an AMA session with TradeTomato on 23rd February.

First of all please introduce Tradetomato to our audience and tell us more about the platform you are creating?

Mati:
Tradetomato is a blockchain-native trade automation and portfolio management platform for traders of all levels. We aim to become the go-to social ecosystem for automated trading, unifying access across crypto and DeFi.

For newcomers, we are making automated trading simple by giving them access to ready-to-use algorithms, while also allowing them to follow and copy other traders through our marketplace.

For more advanced crypto users, we offer a variety of advanced trading tools with high degree of customization, allowing users to create multi-step trading flows.

2. How does automating our own trading strategies help in the crypto markets?

Mati:
A big advantage of automating your trading strategies is the fact that it eliminates the need to constantly monitor the markets. It also allows you to react quicker to changing market conditions, which can happen very fast in the crypto markets.

Automation in general helps to remove human emotion and error, and makes it a much easier task to stick to your trading and risk management strategies. You can also automatically test and optimize your strategies to make sure that you are always adapted to the current market.

Ramsy:
3. What is your idea for the marketplace?

Mati:
The marketplace will be a library of algorithms, signals, trading tools, and other content created by our team and the community. In order to use marketplace content, users pay subscription fees or commissions (depending on the feature) to content creators. The entire marketplace will be powered by our TTM token, which means that all fees and commissions are paid in TTM.

Ramsy:
4. Can you tell me more about your token. What role does it play in the Tradetomato ecosystem?

Mati:
The Tradetomato token is an essential part of our ecosystem, it will be the primary means of transferring value within the ecosystem. Holders will be able to stake the token and use it to access the platform and exclusive features. It will also play an integral part in our marketplace, like I mentioned in the question above. 😉

Ramsy:
5. What is on your roadmap for the coming years? What is the ultimate goal for Tradetomato?

Mati:
Our ultimate goal is to become the go-to platform for automated trading and portfolio management, unifying access across crypto and DeFi.

Our priority for the short term is to release our token and introduce live trading on our platform.

Later, we plan to launch our marketplace which will be a monumental release, as we plan to partner up with signal providers and expert traders who will be our first content creators on the marketplace. It's going to be a huge step for us, as it will kick start a whole community of content creators on our platform.

Segment 2️⃣: Twitter Questions

Ramsy:
1. Partners are very important for every project today, may I know which partners you have now? and which partners in the future you will be heading to?

Mati:
So far we’ve partnered up with Decubate and a Dutch asset fund. We’re also in advanced talks with other potential crypto partners that we will announce once the partnerships are finalized. Our focus is to partner up with DeFi projects and oracles that will support and strengthen our ecosystem and community.

In addition, we are also actively onboarding signal providers and professional traders to become verified content creators on our marketplace. Creators will form the basis for the marketplace, ensuring high-quality algorithms and trading tools will be available to users from the get-go.

Ramsy:
2. On your website I was able to see where you talked about ALPHA TESTER and the benefits attached to it, it seems to be a premium package how can I have access to this package, what are the requirements needed?

Mati:
Right now we are running the alpha version of our platform. You can sign up for the waiting list on our website. We send out new invites every friday. It might take some time before you get your invite though as we have quite a significant amount of users already subscribed and waiting for their turn. I would say that it’s worth the wait! 😄

By signing up you will have the potential to become an alpha tester, getting access to the early version of the platform. Our alpha users can already create algorithms that paper trade on Binance, allowing them to test their strategies without risking any funds. Additionally, users can access a completely customizable dashboard (including drag and drop widgets).

All we ask in return is that you provide the team with some constructive feedback, so that we can continue to iterate and improve the platform.

Ramsy:
3. I could see that Tradetomato has a Referral System on its platform. May we know the percentage the referrer and the referred can get out from their transactions? Will the rewards be in the form of your token also?

Mati:
That’s correct, we will be implementing a referral system into our platform, and indeed the rewards will be in the form of Tradetomato tokens.

However, to the best of my knowledge, the percentage has not been decided yet. Stay tuned for updates on that as we will be posting any information regarding the referral system on our telegram and discord channels 😉

Ramsy:
4. Each project has interesting stories before it is created. So can you tell people about the story that gave you the motivation to build and develop a great project like yours?

Mati:
Our founder has been trading for quite some time now, mainly stocks and forex. He was later introduced to crypto around 2012 by his mining-obsessed friend, who now also works at Tradetomato.

He started trading crypto, but as the space was not very developed, it lacked the trading tools and technology that already existed in traditional markets. That led to the original motivation behind the project, which was driven by a lack of available (professional) trading tools in crypto. On top of that, automated trading had gained a bad reputation due to the over-saturation of trading bots promising unrealistic returns and throwing any idea of risk management out the window.

It was then that the idea was born to create an ecosystem where anyone can automate their trading and risk management and create a social marketplace where users can benefit from one another.

Ramsy:
5. Tradetomato allows user to let them publish their own created trading algorithm. By doing this, creators will be greatly incentivized through profits. May I know who are eligible to publish their own created algorithms on your platform and how much will be the possible earnings?

That’s a great question!

To publish algorithms you will need to become a verified content creator on Tradetomato. In order to become verified, you will have to show a positive track record for your algorithms and get approved by the Tradetomato team. The earning model will be revealed once we release the marketplace. 😉

TradeTomato is the ultimate trader's toolbox. As a starting trader, is your toolbox and services free to use for all or does it require us to pay? Will this be accessible by everyone?

Mati:
Hey Adam, you can already sign up for our alpha and try the first version of the platform for free! You will have to sign up for the waiting list first.

Once we release the full version of the platform, you will have to be a token holder in order to access the platform and it’s features 😄

2) 💥(Asan) 🌹 (Nahi)💥:
Since NFT is popular nowadays, is there a plan for NFT integration?Since NFT is popular nowadays, is there a plan for NFT integration?

Mati:
We plan to create our own NFTs, which will be available to the community and used in reward mechanisms for trading competitions, platform quests, special achievements, etc.

In the future, we plan to integrate interactions with NFT marketplaces into the algorithm builder and other elements of the platform. We will allow users to track their collectibles on the platform as a part of their portfolio. We will be releasing more information on this topic in the future in our docs.

CAN you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team???

4) Dzouza:
Can you list 1-3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

Daely:
The algorithm builder is our flagship feature. Unlike many existing tools in the market, our builder will allow you to link together modules/actions (units that carry out specific functions) to create intricate step-based trading systems. We offer a variety of trading tools with high degree of customization, allowing users to create multi-step trading flows between exchanges, wallets and marketplaces.

5) 🇦🇪𝙆 𝘼𝙊𝙍𝙞 𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙞🇦🇪:
Is your Project only for English speaking an few countries or for users not of other languages??

Mati:
While we currently only support English on our platform and in our community, we plan to add support for other languages as the platform and ecosystem grow. We will consider new languages and local groups based on popularity and what the community would like to see next.
