AMA Recap: CRYPTO MINERS X WIZARDIA

Wizardia is a play-to-earn tactical RPG with elements of augmented reality and heavy emphasis on exploration, city building and territorial expansion, character progression, player versus player and AI battles, and, of course, non-fungible token (NFT) economics. Venturing unprepared could be fatal, so stock up on supplies, raise your kingdom, develop an army, grab your wand, take a deep breath and take on the world of Wizardia. Game features three distinctive game modes. It is a Play-to-Earn (P2E) online role-playing strategy game built on three core gameplay pillars:
 - innovative turn-based combat
 - base-building with sophisticated economy model at its heart
- player-decision driven game evolution.

We hosted an AMA session with Wizardia on 9th February.

Mr. Ramsy was the host from Crypto Miners and Mr. Eligijus and Mr. Mind was the guests. They shared delightful knowledge and unique features of Wizardia.

First of all Please give us a brief explanation about 'Wizardia' .What popped up in your mind to create such a platform in this Space?

Mind:
We were always passionate about gaming, magic, competing and we wanted to create a game that would have all of these features and actual players could earn from the game! Specific games that inspired us are - Heroes of Might and Magic, King’s Bounty and Raid: Shadow Legends. For our economy model we took inspiration from Eve Online and games like Travian and Clash of Clans.

Wizardia is AAA Play-to-Earn (P2E), online role-playing strategy game built on 3 core gameplay pillars:

1. innovative, turn-based combat.
2. player decision-driven game evolution.
3. base-building with a sophisticated economy model at its heart.

That would be the brief version about us 😊

Q2) So what are your main features and advantages that discern you from other Projects?

Mind:
Wizardia is a Play-to-Earn game rich with deep lore, captivating combat mechanics,
a focus on immersive spell discovery, and a highly rewarding crafting system.
Set in a futuristic world enhanced by magic.
Wizardia’s cutting-edge art style is a unique mix of Dark Fantasy and Sci-fi.

Combat is an ever-evolving part of Wizardia where players have to constantly adapt to the changes in the battlefield. There could only be one victor so the stakes are high.

Why Wizardia? - next level artwork, deep lore, first of the kind game in the ecosystem. We are creating a “PLAY AND ENJOY” -to-earn game, instead of taking the easy path of making a CLICK-to-earn game.

In line with exciting new technologies we have designed the Wizardia world with NFTs acting as its very core. These NFTs are unique virtual assets that have both in-game purposes and hold real-world value.
This way we introduce the possibility to earn active and passive income not only to those who play the game, but also for everyone who loves Wizardia and wants to support the project and earn in the process.

Active players will reap the benefits of Wizard NFTs which are the foundation of the gameplay. They can be improved over time to increase the value and then sold, traded or rented to other players.

Passive element
without being required to participate in the gameplay - acquire and hold the Arena Genesis NFTs to earn passive income.
Passive income is generated from all battles and transactions conducted within the arena.
We’ll be launching a public sale of these NFTs on our new website.

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

Mind:
Most of our core Team members have known each other for more than 10 years. We worked together on 500+ projects, games, websites, videos, apps and even social awareness projects.

I’m Mindaugas or Mind in short, the CEO of Wizardia. Firstly, I love games in general. Sports games, computer games, board games etc. Everything is a game when you think about it isn’t it? 😄
But on a more professional side I'm an Entrepreneur, team leader, crypto investor. I’ve been gaming/working on games all my life and Wizardia is the passion project I’ve been looking for for a long time.

Our key members are:
Tom (COO) - Well connected entrepreneur, digital marketing guru and a very organized person in general. My founding partner who worked with big brands like Ferrari, Redbull, Nokia and has several successful software companies.
Mantas (Creative director) - Digital artist and designer with extensive experience in creating moving image content for video games, film, art and non-profit organizations. The guy with the most impressive resume of AAA games. Worked with Call of duty, the Division, Eve Valkyrie, the Crew and many more!
Marius (CTO) - Experienced digital back-end expert, team leader/idea generator who has his own several successful software companies, worked on Ferrari, Redbull and many more!

There are even more people behind the scenes working hard. Of course the main "team member" is our ever-growing community without which we would never be where we are today!

At the time we have 100k members across our social media platforms and another 100k in tiktok alone :)

4) Now Share us about your Native tokens, What are the some of utlities of $WZRD in Your Ecosystem? And if possible share to us the Tokenomics

Mind:
We have a limited supply of tokens and upon game release you’ll be able to obtain the NFTs by spending the tokens, so they will be taken out of circulation

WZRD tokens may be used as the mode of settlement for various resources and/or in-game upgrades, such as:
Minting powerful NFTs in the form of Artifacts, Abilities, etc.
Waging against other players in the PvP mode to win more tokens
Renting Wizards to and from other players.

WZRD token may also be consumed for certain in-game access and privileges to speed up some in-game processes. And acquiring tickets required to participate in Arena events

Let's move to our last question from this segment

Q5) So how long did it take to develop this project? What plans do you have for the future? And what can we expect from Wizardia? If possible could you please share road map with us.

Mind:
Initially the idea of Wizardia started about 10 years ago. It was a different game back in the day. By the team and I got possessed by It :) We started working on the project, created a website, trailer and started the actual game development. But soon we figured out that the technology was just not there yet and we lacked proper funding so we put Wizardia into “cryo sleep” until blockchain and NFTs came to light and got more popular!

Last year we analyzed the market, dove deep into the crypto economy, NFT economy and figured out that everything needed to build Wizardia as we imagine is available. So we started working on It immediately! Uplifted the art style to the next level, tweaked the game design and adapted the game to fit p2e mechanics and NFT integration even better. And thanks to the technology behind Solana blockchain we are now able to power our Wizardia Tokens ($WZRD)

We are releasing our new and amazing website today at https://wizardia.io and in the very near future we will have our first revenue generating NFT sale going live on the same website!

As for the roadmap of the game - We will launch it in stages: Arena, tournament system, base building/spell discovery/crafting and so on. Until we build the whole game. We want the player to be able to play while we create and constantly add content to the game. The Arena demo will be launching in Q1 🚀

How important is the COMMUNITY to you? and how can we collaborate or help you for the development of the project ?

Eligijus:
The Community is one of the most important things for us! We really value our followers and promote most active ones on our channels, some of them got hired too!

2) Tariq Zaman:
What is your top priorities in 2022, Could you share some plans for the upcoming year.?without proper marketing and capital infusion, project dies, how do you convince us you have adequate marketing power and capital to push this project to the top project ?

Mind:
Top priorities for 2022
- progress with the game, release it in stages to keep players engaged as soon as possible.
- marketing. we have a strong marketing that is now working on the full year plan to support our game and the game NFTs . Our current plan is to grow the community and keep them interested, engage them with our interesting game stories and exclusive content only available to our closest community members.
- partnerships - we already have 70+ KOLS working with us, and a strong partner and advisor team.
So the marketing has started at the start of the year, but will grow and expand further together with Wizardia project.

4) Demvrick:
I saw from the website that there will be THREE PILLARS of MAGIC and these are: MIND, BODY, and SOUL. Can you tell us the attributes of each pillar and is it possible for each player to possess all of these?

Mind:
I love lore questions in general, so just had to pick this one also.
It is possible to posses some of the abilities from each pillars, but not for all wizards. As you may understand already - the combination of 3 wizards is more important than the stats of a single wizard. and here’s some info about that system from our pitchdeck:

Wizard talents are aligned to three primary paths of magic: “Mind, Body and Soul”

Synergies between Wizards:

Like rock, paper and scissors - the triangle of magical affinities counter each other.

Body seduces Soul,
Soul outlives Mind.
